  1. I checked throughout yesterday and today, using the exact steps that someone else reported having trouble with, and absolutely no issues on Chrome at any time. So, weird.
  2. Go into your Cruise Planner and then go to your Order History. You can cancel it from there. I'd send a screenshot, but the site no longer lets me, lol.
  3. @Chuck586 did you look at every day, or just Day 1?
  4. @deep1With all due respect, and sending the best of vibes, I've never seen a person who could use a TA more than you
  5. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/booked/cruise-room-upgrade FWIW, I often have to fill the form out twice before it will show me my bids.
  6. Even with my TA taking care of things, it was a cruise planner glitch (I book Cruise Planner things myself, as do most people) that caused it. It said no money was due, but then due to the glitch, and even though it said zero balance, they canceled the cruise for a balance due (which wasn't real). So this 0 balance due email is very concerning.
  7. That's exactly what happened to me. Luckily my travel agent, @michelle, was on it like me on sushi and had it resolved the next day (which was a Sunday, and Mother's Day, and she's so fantastic. I'm sorry you have to do all of the leg work yourself, but I'm confident that they'll get it figured out for you.
  8. Making you call is a great way to not have to give out so many loyalty rewards. I'm not sitting on hold for a can of Coke.
  9. Rapid tests take no more than 2 hours. Just go that route.
  10. It's not a luck thing. Any specialty restaurant can do it (or there is usually someone on the Promenade who is taking reservations for specialty restaurants as well). It doesn't matter what venue you go to.
  11. It's the same. The difference is that when you use a TA you don't have to spend forever on hold calling Royal Caribbean.
  12. Not if you have either the Refreshment Package or the DBP.
  13. If you have wifi calling turned on on your phone (which nearly all phones/carriers have now) you can make phone calls without incurring any charge (be sure airplane mode is on). You can also Facetime if you prefer. You can test it at home, if you have wifi at home. Turn your phone on airplane mode, turn on wifi calling and place a call.
  14. What ship and sailing, because the prices differ. I could post mine from one cruise, but it's not the same as my other two cruises, and may not be the same as your sailing.
  15. They will not charge you for the water. We haven't had any trouble with getting what we need delivered to the room. While it may not be there immediately (turn around time is short and stateroom attendants have much to do), it always was before bedtime. If it's not there, and you see your stateroom attendant (which is highly likely), kindly ask about it. They will have it to you asap! Enjoy your sailing!
  16. You can do either. I go with the cheapest for me and my husband (which is typically the 2 device plan under my name only). Basically with that you will have the ability to log in 2 devices at the same time, and it doesn't matter what devices they are (if you gave your log in information to the guy in the cabin across the hall, he could use it, for example). We have the 2 device plan and we have 4 devices, minimum, but will only log into 2 at a time. I hope that makes sense.
  17. "Formal nights" are a hot mess on Royal Caribbean. It's all a matter of interpretation. You'll see shorts to tuxes. You do whatever makes you happiest.
  18. Enjoy the scenery in Alaska. Even on the ships that are not as old as Serenade the internet is basically useless for most things after the first day unless docked at an American port and you just stream off your cell data.
  19. Pretty much anywhere. Windjammer, specialty restaurants, if open. Bars will be open. Lounges and other public spaces. Pool deck. Solarium.
  20. There is one on the left side of the bed.
  21. It's available for the 6/16/23 RCB Group Cruise sailing on Navigator.
