Our experience at Playmakers on Symphony last February was totally opposite. The first time we stopped by it was very busy, but I caught the eye of one of the servers and smiled and he found our waiter immediately. After that, we were generally recognized and always had someone at our table within a few minutes, and meals and beverages came out at a very reasonable rate with very good, friendly, service. Maybe they just have it together on Symphony. I really enjoyed Playmakers. Can I just go now?

I guess I actually could Lift and Shift to Liberty. I booked a Jr. Suite on Allure. I'd have to get a Jr Suite on Liberty, and then I could upgrade to a Grand Suite and pay the same price I had for the Allure JS. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm..... Oh shoot, I can't Lift and Shift to the same date. DANGIT!!!

I think that they'd do a secondary evaluation (as opposed to just denying boarding based on one value).

@abqkjh Welcome to the forums! I checked the ShipMate app to see if anyone had left a review about this bank of rooms on another Quantum-class ship and haven't seen one yet. It's most likely a staff area. I'd be surprised if it's busy at night, but someone else may have more insight.

I just don't know if I got it or not. Sitting on hold with Royal for 6 hours doesn't sound appealing. I'm just hoping it didn't go through in the first place.

I can't even see any cruises on the app past the Brilliance canceled cruise. I remember where I used to be able to find "other booked sailings" but I can't find it there anymore.

Ok. I tried once but there wasn't even a "submit" button available once I filled everything out, so I am assuming that it did not go through but I have no idea if it did or not. That's great.

When you applied for your 125% OBC did you get any confirmation that you chose this? I'm thinking about it, but even with 6 sailings booked, I am not sure I will be able to go on any of them for sure and don't know what will happen to that OBC if we end up canceling.
