Lol...I think a lot of us can relate. I'm on here all the time. Helps with research and just the excitement. Also like following blogs hearing other's experiences and seeing ships I haven't been on .

DreamWorks Characters Leaving
WannaCruise replied to mschmitt's topic in Royal Caribbean News and Rumors
Not a show stopper but too bad. We quite enjoyed them on Allure. The extra shows (Aqua and ice) were good. And it was just fun seeing them around. -
Thanks for confirming. Guess they have enough of Perfect Storms on other ships and new ones look great.
-
Are they adding the standard Perfect Storm slides? Or just the new types?

If you look at Royals page for Navigator, it has a single dollar sign for Johnny Rockets Express. Thus it doesn't look free.

Our next cruise is 8 wees away and have hard time concentrating and am always looking at cruise stuff. Two days a week I work from home and especially hard on those days not to surf the net. P.S. Most days I dislike work but I keep working so we can cruise (well that and so we can send our kids to university...lol)

Strangely Oasis is not tons, but is a bit more than Harmony for March 2021 (comparing same stateroom on each). So we went with Harmony. Will be interested in hearing what they end up amping up on Oasis.
-
If that's the case, Symphony has Laser Tag which would be fun for teenagers
-
I agree with above. Never been on Liberty but Oasis class has so much for all ages, and shows are amazing. To me, the itinerary are similar so just a personal preference if one has somewhere you prefer to visit. I would also select Harmony....as Harmony and Symphony as these are the newest ships and have waterlsides and Abyss (although Oasis refurb is coming next year where slides "may be" added). And Harmony is probably cheaper than Symphony (unless you prefer its itinerary) PS - With Royal's ships, it's more about the ship for us than the ports

Current Cruise Director & Activities Manager List
WannaCruise replied to CruiseLifeRick's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Yeah...we actually didn't see Jamie until 3rd day, but then he seemed around. Very funny, and really great at Love & Marriage and Quest. Sounds like Bobby is more subdued. Oh well...won't ruin our vacation. Surprising though they don't have someone more enthusiastic on Symphony.- 753 replies

Future Cruise repeat question
WannaCruise replied to yaya luvs to cruz's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Same experience on Independence. It was only the non-refundable that got the reduced deposit. We booked refundable and deposit was normal. We got OBC (which we could keep for price drops) but it was very small (but also booking for 4 day cruise so that might account for the small OBC). -
Really loved your review, and great to hear your perspective on the different ships (esp as we just sailed Mariner and Indy too). I'm the same and really love Oasis class. DH favorite cruise so far though is the Mariner..as he prefers the size. And true, Mariner and Indy are very similar (at least different shows). Wondering what you thought of Quantum class? We have Anthem booked as well in 2020. We loved the Washy Washy song and the guys singing it. Also noticed the crew wiping down the stair railings so really trying to limit sicknesses in any way they can. Am sorry you were disappointed in your room. Can see you missing the balcony and finding the bathroom downgrade difficult. Good to try at least and now you know. Are you going to do one for Harmony? If so, would love to read it. We'll be on Symphony when you are on Harmony, but have Harmony booked for future March break. Looks like an amazing ship! March will be here before you know it.

2018 - A Cruise Year in Review
WannaCruise replied to twangster's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
That's awesome! So many amazing cruises in just one year..and many firsts. Our first family cruise was Allure in 2016. This past summer we did 4 day Mariner and this hooked DH as well. (The the two of us also went on Independence in Dec). Something clicked and we are now cruise addicts with 5 currently booked up to 2021 ( 2 a year ). -
Wow twangster, thanks for the photos. The balcony pictures look amazing!
