  1. Let's spread the word! I gave away these menu holders to my friends who sailed in December, they loved them. They're more sturdy that the 3-hole punch document protectors. https://www.amazon.com/Covers-Stitched-Viewing-Surfaces-Restaurant/dp/B07VNTN9MY?pd_rd_w=kpgtK&pf_rd_p=82585345-d4df-49b0-bbc1-c842d1dad3c9&pf_rd_r=ANETA1BZBYMXGCBA0G00&pd_rd_r=6d59a17c-0d2b-40cd-8140-65d5cbcf62ac&pd_rd_wg=nehdp&pd_rd_i=B07VNTN9MY&psc=1&ref_=pd_bap_d_rp_1_t
  2. Since I was going to present my physical passport and vaccine card at check-in anyway, I decided to have everything printed so I don't have to have a phone on one hand and documents on the other. I neatly organized everything in a document holder.
  3. All except for Vision
  4. It was already sailing. I was on it late November 2021
  5. Just walk around the public areas without a mask. A crew member will magically appear and hand you one. I’ve witnessed this happening, especially after shows and during pictorials on the Promenade.
  6. At the port, the screeners will look for three things on your test results - one, your name... two, the date of testing... three, the NEGATIVE result. You can see them pointing to the information with their pens. In six cruises post COVID, I have never seen them check for the CLIA. They don't even check for the type of test.
  7. My results from Walgreens has the CLIA#
  8. Marvel of the Seas!!! ha ha
  9. If we're going with that, then Magfinificence... argh ... Magnificence would be a good bet
  10. It's not the Death Star, it's the Galatic Senate! If the Quantum ships have two70ºs, the Wonder will have a 360º. It's too small to be the equivalent of a two70º, it may be more like a Spherical Music Hall or Dazzles. (I'm not a fan of the present layout/design of Dazzles on Oasis class ships)
  11. Royal should add a new name to the mix: Corona of the Seas
  12. I like Aria of the Seas or better yet, Arya of the Seas. The destination is west of Westeros!
  13. After Harmony and Symphony, I felt like Royal was going for a musical theme with the Oasis Class. So Melody and Aria would fit nicely into this theme.
  14. This is what I do too. I like reading the CC as I am winding down for the day. Even with good eyesight I still prefer the CC because the information is all there, without having to constantly swipe the phone screen.
  15. But wait... THERE'S MORE!!! https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2022/01/05/closer-look-the-sphere-object-royal-caribbean-will-add-icon-of-the-seas?fbclid=IwAR2PmKyPZDScVrYaPqvnL9_mONleELmsBGj4e2-Bfn7Ale6Nq8SogGe4cfE With all the openings on the side, it doesn't look like it's for LNG storage
  16. It's sad to see some cruises being canceled or cut short due to COVID numbers with crew members. I hope (selfishly) this all passes before the Wonder inaugural.
  17. I like the casinos being smoke free. I get to enjoy the five minutes it takes to use my free play ha ha (No disrespect to smokers, it’s just that second hand smoke is an asthma trigger for me)
  18. 1) how was the ferry ride? It was windy and the waves were rough when we were on the ferry in Cozumel, so the ride was VERY rocky. I was on the upper deck on the way to the mainland and I came very close to throwing up, especially when I saw the others doing so. On the way back to Cozumel, the waves were rougher. I stayed on the lower deck. It was less rocky. As an aside, it was the first time that I have been rained on on a cruise excursion. If there is rain in the forecast, I suggest you bring a poncho. 2) was there any snacks or food provided? A bagged lunch - a sandwich and small bag of chips - was provided on the way to the Tulum ruins. Our guide took us to a store that gave away bottled water. ... Or are there food stands at the cenotes? IIRC, there were food stands by the entrance to the çenote 3) were there bathrooms on the ferry and coach bus? I have colitis and need to make sure there are bathrooms Yes, there were bathrooms on the ferry. As for the tour bus, we were told to use the restrooms before boarding the bus. I don't remember seeing a bathroom on it. 4) was the excursion worth it? The excursion's worth is subjective. For me it was because I'm fascinated with Mayan culture. I don't like water activities but the people on the tour with me looked like they had a good time at the cenote. I ended up being the videographer for their plunges into the çenote. Did you feel rushed? Again, the answer to this is subjective. Personally, I did not feel rushed; maybe because I have a short attention span. The guide always reminded us to come back on time after the free time we were allowed to explore. People who want to take tons of pictures may feel rushed. (Not me... one selfie and I'm done)
  19. In all my cruises post-COVID, Cruise Compasses were placed in my room each night. Some ships had them on the racks by Guest Services, others did not. I've seen a good number of guests still using them instead of the app.
  20. The first thing that entered my mind was "Abyss top (entrance)"
  21. I think one of those ships was turned away at St Thomas
  22. Right after I got off the Brilliance on Christmas Eve, I headed to Epcot, mainly to watch the Candlelight Processional. As they were lining us up, the usher kept on saying, please fill every available space. It was so different from what I kept hearing on Brilliance - "Social distancing, please." They wouldn't even let us form the "train" during the 70s party ha ha.
