The UDP is only blocked for the first night because that is the time frame that you have selected for your group to have dinner on the first night and the ship will make the reservation for you at any of the speciality restaurants for the first night but for the other nights you will have to make dinner and sea days lunch reservations at the one of the speciality restaurants and (I believe) that while at just one speciality restaurant you can make dinner or sea days lunch reservations for the other speciality restaurants at whatever time (does not have to be the same time that you selected to have dinner the first night of your cruise) that you would like for the other nights of your cruise.

When you first board the ship head over to guest services and tell them that you want traditional dining (5:30pm or 8:30pm) but missed that part when booking, then when You go to the the main dining room ask if you can be seated at the same table each night. I had done the same thing because I booked a junior suite on Oasis and one of the perks was that I got to have dinner in the coastal kitchen each night of the cruise so when I got onboard I did not go to the coastal kitchen right away to make reservations and instead explored the ship and later went to make reservations and was unable to because all of the dining times were full and so I went to guest services and told them what happened and they got me reservations at the MDR (Main dining room) for 3 nights out of the week and reservations for the coastal kitchen 3 nights out of the week, I would have liked to eat at the coastal kitchen for 3 nights instead of only 3 nights. I know that only adds up to 6 night, because on the second night i knew that I had a reservation in the MDR which I had made months ago since I had a 2 celebrations and that is where I was told that the celebrations were going to be held and had the celebrations set for a specific night so I made reservations for that 1 night in the MDR. I did not bother making reservations for other nights because I thought that I would be able to eat at the CK (Coastal Kitchen). WHAT I WAS SAYING BY ALL OF THAT IS THAT YOU WHOULD MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR THE MDR IN ADVANCE!

Booking a cruise so far in advance is a good idea because if there is any sales for your ship and sale date and the price is cheaper then when you booked you can then call RC directly or call your TA and ask for the cheaper price and the new price will be a better deal from when you booked your cruise. You can also book shore excursions, drink packages, dining, internet, and spa packages before you even get onboard and at a cheaper price vs the onboard pricing for each of the packages. As the sale date gets closer the price of the cruise will increase but there will also be sales on the cruise itself and there will also be sales on the cruise planner.
  4. 80 days until our harmony cruise on April 28th and nothing yet. When I was on the Oasis in December I had to wait until 50 days before the cruise to book entertainment. 90 days out is when your cruise has to be paid in full. Booking entertainment will be available any day after you pay your cruise reservation in full.
  5. That if one person who is over 21 and purchases the dilute drink package the other people in the same cabin who are over 21 also have to get the dilute drink package whether they want to or not. I think that the only expection to this would be if the therapy adult in the cabin does not drink for medical reasons or is pregnant.

I had stayed in a junior suite on Oasis in December and I was able to bypass the huge line of passengers in the customs line because there was an employee standing there directing people where to go and I said that I stayed in a suite and that is how I was able to bypass the huge mass of people in line at customs. Yes that information is correct I did have priority boarding and departure in a junior suite. When choosing your suite stateroom under more details for each of the suites RC’s website it says that JS has priority boarding and priority departure.
  7. The ultimate dining package will show up on the app prior to sailing but the name of the restaurant will not show up. I think that There will be a letter in your cabin that says the name of the restaurant that they have reserved for you, but if you do not feel like eating there the first night you can change the date that you want to eat there by going to that restaurant, and you an also make reservations to eat at the other speciality restaurants by going to each restaurant and making a reservation for a different day but at the same time that you chose when you book the ultimate dining package. You can also have lunch at some speciality restaurants on sea days in think between 12:00 noon and 1:30pm.

When your walking down the gangway there will be a table (on your lefthand side or right hand side before you walk on the gangway to board the ship) where you would register your daughter for adventure. I believe that they’re will have a daily activities with hours for each of the activities as well as the hours of when they are open. Also ask one of the people who cares for the kids what the hours for adventure ocean are when you are registering your daughter for adventure ocean.

I have cruised with Royal Caribbean 4 times and I booked on the phone with a royal Caribbean representative 3 times and 1 time online and I have always received the confirmation email along with the confirmation page and request pdf email page for all 4 of my past cruises. I even have 3 future cruises which I had booked 2 of my future cruises over the phone with a royal Caribbean representative and booked the third one on the royal Caribbean website and I even received a confirmation booking email with the confirmation page email pdf’s for all 3 of my future cruises soon after I had paid the deposit for each of my future cruises. If you would like a confirmation pdf receipt emailed to you then call Royal Caribbean and give them your reservation number (if you wrote it down) or if you did not write down your reservation number you can also tell them with your name, sail date and ship name so that they can lookup your cruise and tell them that you did not receive an invoice when you booked your cruise, and request that they email you a copy of that cruise’s invoice so that you have it for your records that the cruise has been paid booked and the remaining balance has been paid (if your cruise has been paid in full).

They say it can take up to 2 weeks after the sailing for C&A points to get added and to move your statuse from Pre-Gold to Gold or if you just needed a few more points then you would be moved up to the next C&A tier level. I got off Oasis on December 9th and noticed about 1 week later that my points from that sailing were added.

My upcoming cruise in 3.5 months on Harmony and I Would like to know when I can reserve entertainment showtimes because when I logged into my cruise planner to reserve showtimes, but I was unable to because the RCCL website said that I should try again later because there is no show information available so my question is WHEN CAN I RESERVE ENTERTAINMENT SHOWTIMES BEFORE MY CRUISE IN THE CRUISE PLANNER?
  12. If you self disembark from the ship you can get off anytime between within 1 hour after port authorities/Coast guard has cleared the ship to dock and begin disemabarking passengers. Self disembark means that you take your luggage of the ship when you arrive back into port when you boarded the ship. After disembarking the ship you will have to go through customs which can take a while, but if you leave the ship as soon as possible you should be able to make the normal 2 hour advance airport arrival time to make your return flight home @ 12 noon the same day the ship get back into the ships home port.

I was on Oasis earlier this month and I was in a JS and the beds in my opinion) were more comfortable then the beds in interior, balcony and Oceanview without balcony and Oceanview with balcony. You could also choose a suite when booking your next cruise. Suites have more space then the cabins in the categories that are lower then the suites category. The mattress toppers in the interior, Oceanview and balcony cabins is thin and quilted where as the mattress toppers in the suites is quilted thicker then the toppers in the other categories. Extra mattress toppers will be under sheet set when the bed is made up on the day of embarkation (the day when you board the ship). When the twin beds (in any cabin type) are pulled apart there will be one mattress topper folded in half on each bed.
  15. If I’m reading correctly both of you have purchased voom, so why would your husband not bring his laptop? Since both of you already purchased voom so the two of you can go on the internet using the devices that you bring onboard with you. If your husband isn’t going to bring his laptop and is thinking of using one of the few computers in the library why you you purchase voom for 2 devices. Buy purchasing the voom internet package you have paid extra toward your cruise.
  16. I have the same problem. I cruise in a few weeks and wanted to sign the activity waivers online for the flowrider, ice skating, and rock climbing, and I went to the before you board section of the website and clicked on activitiy waivers and put in the information asked that I need to so I could electronically sign the waivers and another page loaded with nothing but a white page, so then I logged in to my online account thinking that I would be able to electronically sign the waivers but I was unable to electronically sign the waivers that way as well.
  17. My passport will not cover up the camera because I have a passport card not a passport book. The passport card is the size of a credit card. What I would put to put in the pouch along with my phone is no bigger than the size of a credit card and the no longer then the length of dollars When the dollars are folded I half they are just a little bit longer then the length of the passport card and credit card.
  18. That link will not work for me pecause it is a link to the uk amazon website and the uk website does not ship to the United States (which is the country that live in). No offense but do not want anything that I have to clip around my waist because if it falls off then my phone might break or if someone clips it off then they got all the items that I put in there. I think a waterproof phone lanyard would be easier because if I wanted to take a few pictures in the water then I would not have to take the pouch off my waist to take the picture, I can just pick the phone up and take the picture while the phone is in the lanyard. The lanyard you’ll allow for me to take pictures while I’m in the water with only one hand. right!?!? I think The waist pouch would not allow me to take pictures while I’m in the the water one handed and I would have to use both hands. Right!?!?

I have booked a shopping and beach combo excursion at Charlotte Amalie, St.Thomas and I am looking for a waterproof phone lanyard that will not only have enough room for my phone but also enough room for my passport, cash and credit card that would keep water from getting on my phone, passport card credit card and cash. I have not used my phone out of country before and I did not go to a beach excursion or have been to a beach in years.when I did go to the beach it was years ago and I went to a beach in The US (the country where I live) and did not have the items that I listed with me at gnoses times. I am not sure which waterproof phone pouch that would keep water off the things that insert into the pouch. ideas, thoughts, advice and opinions needed on which one(s) that I should consider purchasing and which one(s) keep/kept the water out of the phone pouch.
  20. The questions is if I login and try to print the setsail passes but am unable to print them can the setsail passes be printed at the port??

I cruise in 41 days and This is probably going to sound stupid but yesterday after I completed online check-in I had forgot to save the setsail passes for me and my mom to google drive so that I could print then at a later date, and I was wondering if I need the setsail pass to checkin at Port Canaveral. This is not the first time that the first time that I completed the online check-in but this is the first time that I and did not save the setsail pass to google drive so that I could print the setsail passes after I had completed the online check-in. If I login again and try to print the setsail pass before we head to the port, can the setsail pass be printed at the port?

I would like to know if Anker Power Strip, Anker PowerPort Cube, 3 Outlets and 3 USB Ports with Switch Control, Overload Protection, 5 ft Cable, for iPhone XS/Max/XR and More, Ultra-Compact for Travel and Office is allowed on the ship? if this power strip is not allowed, can I pack a universal travel outlet adapter to plug into the European outlet in the cabin?

I saw on a YouTube videos that people were packing power strips and the ones that plug directly into the outlet was packed in their luggage and even herd on the same videos that they were allowed and then I read the list of banned items on the RC website that extension cords were banned but the list of banned items did not say that power strips were banned and not allowed on the ship. Are power strips allowed on RC cruise ships or not??
  24. Are power strips (non surge) without a cord that is a travel power strip surge protector and is designed to be used on cruise ships and travel. Are power strips that are designed to be used at the office, travel and cruise ships allowed like the filling images of surge protectors and power strips with outlets and USB ports??
