You can cancel items that you purchased in your cruise planner and rebook if the price is cheaper and you can purchase other services/packages until 3 days before your cruise. A month ago I purchased some cruise planner items before they were on sale and last week I noticed that some of the items I had previously purchased were now on sale for up to 50% off, so I had cancelled those items and I had repurchased them at the lower price.

Harmony and Oasis are sister ships so the showers will be the same size The only way that showers would differ in size is if you stayed in a suite on Oasis and in a regular size stateroom on Harmony or if you stay in a suite on Harmony and stayed in a regular stateroom on Oasis. The bathroom in suites are larger then the bathrooms in normal size staterooms and then the shower or bath/shower would be bigger then other staterooms that is smaller then a suite.

The porter service is FREE. if you want you can tip the porter that takes your luggage.

When you arrive at the port you can drop off your checked luggage and carry on’s with the one of the porters at your ship’s terminal just outside the enterance to the cruise terminal. When you drop off your luggage will be boarded on the ship by one of the porters and delivered to your cabin by the RCCL crew that attends to the staterooms. By dropping off your checked luggage and carry on, you will not have to lug the carry on and luggage around everywhere until your cabin is ready.

The cabins are not ready till after 1:00pm. The boarding times are just a suggestion but you can arrive whenever you want. You can arrive to the terminal and have your seapass scanned and board the ship early (if the ship is not strict about what time that you arrive) but you will not have access to your cabin till after 1:00pm.

When I opened the Royal app a few minutes ago the app did not crash when i had launched the app. Maybe it’s just your luck or you need to update the Royal app so that it does not crash again next time you open the app. It could also just be that your phone does not support the RC’s app.

Just maybe....the ships captin and RC got notified just how long that it will take the coast guard to preform inspection of brilliance and everyone who is cruising that day was emailed that they could not board until after 12pm because then maybe....the coast guard could not inspect the ship with passengers roaming around the ship. When a cruise ship is entering another country the coast guard (or the country local officials) will board the ship and inspect the ship before people can enter the country at the port of call or disembark the ship when the ship dock at her home port. The US coast guard inspects every ship upon return to her home port in either the United States or in Puerto Rico.

You can always ask your stateroom attenedent to separate the beds so that both of your kids do not have to share a bed (because the size of the bed that is in the room is a king size which is just 2 twin size beds pushed together, when can be separated upon request) or one of them ends up sleeping on the sofa or a cot. On my last cruise in December 2018 I stayed in the same room as my mother and I had requested for the beds to be separated so that we did not have to share a bed or one of us sleeps on the sofa (or on the floor).

Entertainment and show reservations can be made for the Quantum and Oasis class ships.

I was able to make entertainment reservations for the shows 60 days before my cruise. Keep checking periodically to see if you can make entertainment reservations.

I am interested in buying a wow bands for my mom and I once onboard but I would like to know how exactly do the wowbands work. I know that they replace your seapass card when on the ship, but can I use the wow bands to get on and off the ship? I will be on Harmony next month and I would like to know where do I purchase the WOWbands? If there is anyone that uses this disscussion board and has tried the wow bands before that would like to tell me some useful and helpful information about how the WOWbands work. i have purchased the soda package and booked shows for both of us and would like to know how do the bartenders and waiters know if my mom or I order a soda using the wowband? Is it stated on our seapass account? Stated on the WOW bands? I have also booked shows and would also like to know how employees letting the people in to the show that my mom and I had and booked shows?

According to https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/ship-debarkation-leave-time the latest time to leave the ships is between 10:00am and 11:00am.

The email that RC sent is not to discourage people from showing up early. Even thorough checkin starts at noon and departs at 5:30 you can show up in the morning because then you will get to enjoy and spend more time on the ship.

When do you think I would be able to book shows?

I have been checking several times a week since I paid off the cruise in January. And I still cannot book shows?

Can I make the reservations with the person who is selling the dining packages when I first board Harmony on embarkation day? Or do the reservations have to be made at 1 of the restaurants?

I have purchased the UDP for my April 2019 sailing on Harmony and would like to know if I make reservations for lunch and dinners when I get onboard When I walk onto the promenade or do I make reservations at the restaurants? If anyone who has purchased the UDP and can tell me where I should make the reservations for the restaurants when onboard that would be helpful.

Cafè promenade, I think park cafe, some of the speciality resturants like those in Central Park. There could also be more places that serve speciality coffee onboard other than Starbucks.

The last few days I have been logging into the cruise planner servers times a day to try and reserve shows but I kept getting this message: how were you able to book shows even though you cruise is in June? My cruise is exactly 60 days from today and I have not yet been able to book shows. I Am able to book other things like shore excursions, dining reservations, drink packages, internet packages, spa packages, and activities within the cruise planner but I am not able to book shows.
