  1. Do you have this app created in any sort of spreadsheet format or something you can share that can be downloaded an used offline?
  2. I don't get it, every time you think there may be a better sale out there, Royal finds a way to not make it any special of a sale. Booked clients with a BOGO 25% off and heard about the 30% off each coming in October, so I was looking to get my clients in at a better price but when I checked they raised the price of the cruise while giving the larger discount and it would actually cost more instead of less. And these cruises are more than a year away and clients were recently booked in the last 30 days. Very embarrassing and frustrating.
  3. I heard that when going to certain islands, like Labadee, some have suggested a Jellyfish protector Sunscreen. Is this something that we should be worried about?
  4. I like this one the best because it does not have a cord.... https://www.ebay.com/itm/Wall-Outlet-Power-Strip-With-3-Usb-Charging-Port-3-Ac-Outlet-For-Cruise-Ship/113764796558?_mwBanner=1&ul_noapp=true&pageci=0024bfaa-d4da-4c3d-a779-e6def6b8af69
  5. @brycemo, Do you have this in a spreadsheet and if so, would you be kind enough to post it as an attachment in this posting? Thanks,
  6. I am more concerned about the Deluxe Beverage Pkg portion. Wife does not drink as much as I do. Last cruise we did about 55 drinks, mostly martini's about 8 specialty coffees, about 20 waters, and about 8 Fresh Squeezed OJs. I was not sure if that faired enough to really cover and we spent $57 / day / person including the Internet. That was a deal but this pricing concerns me. Any thoughts?
  7. On my Oasis Sailing in November 2020, I only have an difference of $10 between the Deluxe Beverage Pkg ($59) and the Deluxe Beverage Pkg w/ Internet (Surf & Stream) ($69)
  8. Wow, this is great. Anyway of posting it as a Excel file attachment?
  9. What is the Maximum Discount that anyone has seen in the Cruise Planner for the Deluxe Beverage Package?
  10. Did anyone out there NOT get the Deluxe Drink Package and did an A-la-carte for drinks? Can you give a estimate of what basic drinks like Tropical (Pina Coladas), Vodka Mixed (Vodka & Cranberry), and maybe a Martini would cost onboard?
  11. Look at next to last paragraph... If Guest cancels the booking, Guest’s cruise fare will be refunded in accordance with RCI’s standard cancellation policy, and Guest will receive a refund for the Total Amount of the Upgrade. So it looks like a FUL REFUND of the upgrade is in order...
  12. Link is not working. Anyone else having trouble?
  13. Can someone give a detailed explanation of how the two private islands compare to each other?
  14. If any Royal Staff catches it, they can take away your purchase package without refunding anything to you.
  15. When they quote $55 and the sale is BOGO 50% off, the price of $55 per person includes the BOGO 50% off. So the normal price is $74, if you buy one at $74 and get the second at $36 it totals to 110 which equates to $55 per person.
  16. I definitely need a DRINK after Reading through this blog topic.... Who is serving one up.....?
  17. The Key is available for my November 2020 sailing on the Oasis.
  18. The problem is you need TWO ALCOHOLICS for each cabin..... LMAO... Just an FYI... not all drinks are $12, a regular Vodka with a Juice or a Martini I think was about $8 to $10. I just figured my cost on the Allure a few weeks back was 57/day/person or 798 for the week for drink with Internet, take 9 off for internet leaves 48 or 672 for the week. So we had approx 55 drinks mostly Vodka and juice or a Martini, they were about $8 each (cost of Most vodka drinks) ($440). We had about 8 large Specialty coffees (lattes) about $6 each ($36). We had about 5 fresh squeezed juices, about $3 each($15). We had about 20 waters at about $3.50 each($70). So my total was 440+36+15+70=547, so I lost about $125. Even if they charged $10 each for the Vodka Drinks that would add another $110 and I would still be $15 short. And this was just me drinking..... NO only kidding... Not thinking the package is worth it then and with the prices going up, really not worth it now.
  19. ALSO, JUST IN CASE YOU GET ON ANOTHER RPT CRUISE..... They are saying now that they set aside a conference room for the RPT now. Because the Casino cannot be opened except for time when they are at sea. They are planning 4 days tournament, approximately 6 hours per day. I am in it next year, and I am considering playing really hard the first day and if I loss, then I enjoy the rest of the cruise and if I am winning, then I would have to be winning pretty big. so we will see.....
  20. Oh NO, you are OK, it is on the HARMONY this year, Next year it is on the OASIS... SORRY....
  21. Are You a Poker Player? Royal Poker Championship is happening on the Oasis, Dec 1 to Dec 8. $750 Buy in of you are already booked, expecting 200-300 player, 4 days approx. 6 hrs per day, over $100,000 in prizes and 1st place is $50,000 plus a return Cruise Next Year and the seat in the Championship.
  22. This may be a stupid question, but I thought that once you cruise you automatically get a C&A number assigned by Royal. Does that still hold true?
  23. Is there really much of a difference between the two or are they just trying to sell the same product for more money?
