Just heard that Port Canaveral and Port Everglades and Miami no longer have priority boarding for anyone except Pinnacle and Suites. Heard this took effect last week! Is this true? Why is Royal taking away all of the perks? Is there going to be no loyalty program going forward? I really enjoyed this perk, as it made it easy to get through security and checked in and on the ship! Guess if true, there is no need to remain loyal, will try other cruise lines that I have been eyeing. We were 13 points away from Diamond Plus, but, really what is the point?! I’m sure other perks will disappear also! Very sad!

I hade this problem for the first time ever, when I tried to check in for my upcoming Anthem cruise in January! I was so frustrated because I am not computer literate! I remembered from the blogs people saying to go incognito, whatever that means! Well, thank goodness my husband knew and he tried and we were able to check in! Thank goodness for RCL blog!! Thank you! Does anyone think they will ever fix the website? Beyond frustrating!!

Unfortunately, this was our experience on Enchanment from many years ago. We had cruised on her many times and I noticed how the crew were horrific. After the third cruise on her, I complained, I also voiced my disdain through their survey. Once you get off a cruise and get home, you seem to forget and find yourself booking another cruise on the same ship, kinda like child birth! Haha! So, we tried Enchanment again! This time the crew seemed to bend over backwards to help, very polite and always ready to please! Shocked! I don’t know what happened, New Captain, new crew!? But, we were pleased that things had changed! Fortunately, we moved onto bigger boats and have never looked back! Something like raw sewage should never be taken lightly, the ramifications of disease, is the number one thought! They threw you a bone, to make this situation go away! This is unhealthy and shouldn’t be happening so frequently! But, good for you for the way you handled it! Glad it didn’t ruin your vacation!

We did Krazy Lobster per @twangster recommendation! We had a wonderful time! There was a small beach with lounge chairs, but we didn’t partake! We sat at the tables and had the best guacamole and the freshest pico de Gallo I’ve ever eaten! Did I mention the homemade chips——— to die for!! They also had $5 buckets of beer, if I remember it was 5 beers and it was maybe three choices! I found something I liked, for a dollar a beer, how bad can it be!? We had a great afternoon!

Just wanted to update on the one day free internet for Diamond, we were on the Freedom April 22-28 cruise, and we still received our one free day of internet (22.99 per day). I'm not sure if it is specific to individual ships or not. FYI

Thank you for the review! Just sealed my decision to book Chefs Table on AOS in August! It will be our Anniversary! I can’t wait!

Unfortunately, you have to tell RCL that you give the other reservations permission to link to your reservation, then each one of the other reservations will have to call and request to be linked to your reservation. It is a total pain, as I just went through it with two other couples that are cruising with us. In the past I would take care of all of it with one phone call, I guess someone has complained and now it is a privacy thing. Make sure you specify the size table you would like, I called to confirm we were all linked and asked what size table we were seated at ( a table for six, there are seven of us)! I then requested a table for eight, waited a few hours and called back to confirm, I've done all I can! Fingers crossed!!

Will definitely need your spreadsheet!! We only used the free internet to check on our pets back home! We would use our two free days and we could spread it out over four days! Now, I am trying to remember what cruise you were on when you did the spreadsheet before?!? We only need a few days, not the whole week! Waiting for your wisdom!! ???

Can't wait to hear about your cruise! You are going to have so much fun!! We sail on Freedom April 22nd!! I love Freedom, one of my favorite ships!! I believe Freedom does have an Izumi?!? Someone can correct me if I'm wrong! If I am then my daughter will not be pleased, as I told her they do and she can get carry out and half portions! Thought I read that on one of the blogs!!

We are sailing on AOS out of Cape Liberty in August 2018. Would be very interested in the updates of the ship! Love the live blogs!!

We were on th Oasis August 2017 and JR for breakfast was great because it wasn't crowded. Sat outside on the boardwalk, it was really nice. The food is similar to the Windjammer, but you order off a menu. Eggs,bacon,potatoes. I believe they had pancakes. Not a huge menu, but it was free and not crowded!

Hi @twangster! Love your blogs! I'm going on the Freedom next month and we will be in Costa Maya as well! Never been to this port, wondering what to do?!? We have a group of seven and we don't want to pay for an excursion. Maybe a nice beach, drinks, some decent local food, safe! Thoughts!

Bed, Bath and Beyond is where we got our clips. They had a huge selection! If you have a Big Lots near you, I have seen them there. Good Luck, they are the best thing to have at the pool!!

Wow! I think this is what my husband had on our 9N Navigator cruise in January. He was down for 3 days, but he had a cough. I thought he had pneumonia. Got back home, he went to doctor, just a virus, X-ray clear! This winter has been horrible!!

Went ahead and booked the August 31- September 7 , 2018 on Adventure to New England/Canada. We also have a Promenade on deck eight! Looking forward to sailing on this cruise out of Bayonne! No flying, easy drive for us!!
