  1. ABSOLUTELY!!! Keep Hinting! Just keep telling him your status will get him so many perks! LOL!
  2. Very Interesting! Great article. I want a Genie!! and someday will have one! LOL
  3. It's beautiful!! Can't wait!!! Kayla, also looking forward to your reports!!
  4. I'm booked on Celebrity Silhouette from Ft. Lauderdale Nov 14th 8 night to ABC islands. Not sure if that interests you, it's sister company to RCCL. Great itinerary!
  5. You sound like my husband!! You will sooooo enjoy retirement! At least he is. I'm hoping to hang it up in the next two years but I work from home, have great bosses so I'm not in a hurry! When we see you on Adventure, he'll tell you all about it! LOL
  6. VERY Anxious to hear all about the refurb!! Looking forward to your blog etc. I"m on her for a NE/CA in July 2019. I hope it's all good and you have a fabulous time!
  7. I did the same thing, and it hits right away back in their account. It will be automatic. Or it should! LOL
  8. You are too funny!! I am actually waiting like you for the rest of 2020 to open up!! Booked now through April 2020....
  9. I'm not tied into school schedules anymore, husband is retired, but I get where you are going with the biggest ships. I will sail on one of them in the future as @Sabrinaklai will force me into it, but for right now, the smaller ones are better for us. Reading, a few cocktails, casino is about what we are looking for now..
  10. Thanks @Skid! This year not flying leaving from Baltimore and Cape Liberty, but January we are. I thought of that as it can get confusing. Thanks so much!
  11. Again thank you Twangster, your information is always so valuable. Are you sure you won't adopt me though??
  12. @twangster thank you! MY TA has not been the best to say the least so appreciate this! do I get anything else from TA or just nothing? Print everything out?
  13. THANK YOU!! and I ordered those tags from Amazon in September! LOL Not too anxious to get cruising again am I! LOL
  14. Ok, I know it's been 30 years since my last cruise so forgive me. I was able to finally check in (90 days to be exact!). and printed set sail pass, and a picture of a luggage tag? Where do I get them from , TA or RC and when will they send? (and don't laugh at me! LOL).
  15. LOL! You're not a dweeb. Actually if you're paying for your cruise and air with it through RC say for the sake of argument total cost $6000. You'll get 12,000 points. I believe at 10,000 you can get $50OBC. they give you choices based on your points.
  16. I actually got the Celebrity CC (not the on that's $69.00 annual fee). It's with Bank of America. I got it because out of the 7 cruises I'm booked on 5 are Celebrity, however, when I go online to Bank of America to redeem my points which I will be doing for my upcoming Grandeur, there is a drop down box that gives the names of all 3 RCCL cruises (RC, Celebrity Azumara). I have enough for the grandeur for $250 OBC and then some so I really don't see how you can go wrong.
  17. HI Matt, I guess this was recent? I'm sailing on her in 93 days! YES, I am FINALLY IN COUNTDOWN MODE FOR 1ST CRUISE SINCE SONG OF AMERICA! LOL The first of 7 I have booked, alot of catching up to do!!
  18. @Sabrinaklai I am sooooo happy for you!!! and even if it's not the right spring break, take the kids out, they'll learn more on a cruise! WOO HOO!!!!
  19. For those of us who can no longer wear heels, (sciatica), I plan on wearing Bling sandals or bling flip flops.
  20. I agree, don't cancel your cruise, enjoy the ship! that's the destination for most of us, the ports are just icing on the cake. Or if the itinerary you are currently booked on, check out other cruises for the same time period.
  21. I just spoke with Allianz. Very impressed. The basic coverage is only $125PP for the year, for example has $100,000 of medical evacuation coverage $20K of medical coverage. the only difference with Basic versus Deluxe is Trip Cancellation insurance which is $2000. *** Please note that the $2000 cancellation insurance is only good once then it's gone during the calendar year. I'm going with Basic as I have the Cancellation with the cruiseline.
  22. I agree and I"m thinking the same thing. I'm going to call Allianz today as I believe several here are using them.
