  1. I believe there's always at least one pool open somewhere.
  2. I learned this lesson earlier this year too when WiFi discount was reduced and I was waiting to buy it. Key is to buy something and lock in the price to prevent against this sort of scenario.
  3. Good news, it's far less complicated than it sounds. You're right there are 4 smaller dining rooms, but they are just 4 small main dining rooms. With My Time Dining, you will be assigned to one of them and you can make reservations for a time. Which of the 4 dining rooms you get is irrelevant, because the menu is the same.
  4. What used to be known as EAT • DRINK • PLAY is now known as DINE • DRINK • DISCOVER. This program update is strictly a name change and the program will continue to remain the same.
  5. No change is good news! https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2017/06/16/royal-caribbean-sees-no-impact-cuba-cruises-new-us-policy-change
  6. You own this shirt: https://shop.spreadshirt.com/royalcaribbeanblog/cruise+nerd+men-s+shirt-A108460869
  7. Just a note based on my own experience. Let's say you are trying for a kid or know one is on the way but don't have a name or don't want to divulge a name for a sailing in the future. Your best bet is to use someone else's name. Changing names is easy and does not incur a new fare, whereas adding someone later on can incur a new fare. One time I used my mom's name and then when my daughter was born, changed it to my daughter.
  8. In Belize, I got in line about 30-45 mins before tenders began. Stinks waiting around, but we were on first tender ride off the ship. Also, if you stay in a suite, concierge can assist.
  9. They just added the pre-cruise purchase option: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2017/06/15/royal-caribbean-adds-arcade-credit-pre-cruise-purchase-options
  10. Goes without saying this is against the rules of the cruise line. My personal thoughts are like it or not, the drink prices are what they are and you can elect to limit your drinking to on shore and save a ton of money.
  11. You can get a small preview in my Anthem of the Seas Live Blog I did earlier this year: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/category/category/anthem-of-the-seas-live-blog ...and also probably much more expensive
  12. You are among many other folks on these boards that really enjoy the curry selection.
  13. How long ago was this and what company? I'm not aware of any company that can do on-ship deliveries other than RC's gifts service.
  14. I think you'd find this post helpful: First time cruisers: The most important things to pack for your Royal Caribbean cruise
  15. Was going to say the same thing. You certainly wont be the only person to decorate a door.
  16. These days, I wait and space purchases out. I used to jump on buying things early, but unless there's a weekend sale going on, I bide my time.
  17. In general, drink packages you get for free are not upgradeable. I know that is true of the free soda package given to guests who stay in a Boardwalk balcony room.
  18. Yes you can. All you need is the reservation number and last names of the people in the other rooms. When you go to purchase a drink package on the Cruise Planner website, there is an option to add guests from other reservations.
