  1. Event schedule posted here: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/royal-caribbean-blog-serenade-of-the-seas-group-cruise-events
  2. Any onboard credit you get is a credit against your onboard spend you've already made. So if you charged beverage package, internet and spa treatments and have gratuities going there, Royal will deduct any OBC you have first and then at the end of the cruise you'll be charged the remainder balance.
  3. It's available at the moment on: Wonder of the Seas Harmony of the Seas Oasis of the Seas Allure of the Seas Celebrity Beyond

  5. Be sure to check out all of our Alaska cruise advice and tips here: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/alaska-cruises
  6. I agree with @Ryan79. We're not here to give financial investment advice, but I would not recommend buying stock purely for onboard credit. You should buy stock because you think it's a good long-term financial investment.
  7. The other component to this conversation is what constitutes a "good price" or "deal". I'm certain we all have different definitions and expectations for what that looks like. Or as once was famously said, "I know it when I see it…"
  8. I'd recommend working with a travel agent. They can assist with questions like this.
  9. There is an outlet for razors (I forget the technical term for these lower voltage outlets).
  10. My advice for making final payment early is to leave like $200 or so off, for situations like this. It's easier if you owe a balance to do a price drop.
  11. No, they just show up in the same pick up area as everyone You want Terminal 1 for Port Canaveral
  12. The #1 reason not to book through a website is the lack of service you can get from them, as well as fees for their services they levy (in addition to any from the cruise line).
  13. Besides the lengthy commute times, did you encounter the infamous puke inducing experience the ferry is known for?
  14. Bingo. Many years ago I had an accidental deletion of my reservation. My TA jumped on it immediately and not only got my room back, but extras too for the trouble. Best part: I did nothing. I went about my day and saw a note later with what she did to remedy the situation. And it cost me nothing extra.
  15. Is there a place or particular shore excursion you tried and wont do again? Would love to hear which one, why, and what made it so bad. If there are any someone else has posted, please chime in too!
  16. Hrmm, I think this is just a show element in the AquaDome, not a new halfpipe for guests. I say that for two reasons: I'm pretty sure Nick mentioned it when I was in Finland as something they were working on. But even if I'm remembering that wrong, Nick tweets about his shows almost exclusively.
  17. I want to say it's right around $100 each way, maybe less if you can time it when there's less demand. You can do a mock booking now and get a ballpark idea. The cost shouldn't fluctuate too much to when you actually need it.
  18. I think Royal is waiting to see how its first world cruise on Serenade goes.
  19. Caught up on the rest of your cruise. Looks like you had a great time. Hope the trip home wasn't terrible
