We are have a stop in St Thomas but will only be in port from 7-2. What is the best option should we do an excursion with Royal, go to Meagans Bay, take the ferry to water island or will we have time to go to St Johns?

Looking at booking a cruise next November and while looking check prices on Royals website, Expedia, and Cheap Caribbean with prices being significantly better on Expedia and Cheap Caribbean. I also messaged several travel agents and their prices reflected what I saw on royals website. Are there any issues with booking through the third party sites?

We are looking at going on our first cruise in 2024. I have been told to only pay the deposit incase a cheaper rate would be available later it can be reduced to that rate instead of paying full and being locked into that price. Is there any truth to this?
