I am already aware that the cancellation policy changed from 24 to 48 hours, but had no idea it was 30 days if your excursion involved the following: "Tours involving flights, trains, special events, overnight stays, hotel stays and Private Journeys must be cancelled 30 days prior to sailing to avoid cancellation penalties".
