rjac Posted June 30, 2024 Report Posted June 30, 2024 Embarking on the Explorer OTS July 13. Our daughter and grands (18 & 14) will also be with us. I'm thinking about giving them each a preloaded Visa card to use on board the ship for any t shirts, hats, candy, junk, etc they may want to purchase. Will they be able to use a preloaded credit card or does everything purchased have to be charged against an onboard account? Thanks! rjac Quote

Ryan79 Posted June 30, 2024 Report Posted June 30, 2024 Everything get charged to their Sea Pass card onboard. That however is a great idea for souvenir shopping at the ports. rjac 1 Quote

Mturk Posted July 1, 2024 Report Posted July 1, 2024 When we were on Harmony last year, I was able to use a prepaid MasterCard to pay down a portion of the balance of our onboard account and the remaining amount was charged to my Visa that was set up for onboard purchases. Quote
