Warren
Has anyone lately had to change their boarding date and join the ship at another port? I have a situation where the operators are telling vastly different stories from yes no problem to no it cannot be done. If anyone has can you please advise who you contacted. thanks
SpeedNoodles
This is not allowed by Royal Caribbean in sailings that originate out of US ports for sure. Europe may be a different story. CruiseGus
twangster
"Downlining" is no longer allowed on Royal, except if you book airfare through Air2Sea and you encounter an issue flying to the cruise which results in you missing the embarkation at the original home port. In that case, as long as it doesn't violate any laws for the countries involved (such as the PVSA in the US or similar laws in other countries) then Air2Sea may offer to downline. Linda R
What cruise are you referring to?
octaviocloss
We lost our cruise ship in 2016 if im not mistaken, it was sailing from Miami, 1st day was Bahamas, we took a plane to Bahamas the next day and had no issue boarding, but this was 7 years ago.
