Reserved spa treatment not showing in app Calendar?

So, I decided to treat myself to a spa day treatment while we're docked in Nassau -- DH is going on an excursion, and I decided to treat myself.  It shows up in my website calendar for the cruise, but not in the app. I plan on printing out the receipt just to be sure, but anyone know any way to fix this?

Please don’t be alarmed that your onboard calendar doesn’t show something you have booked.  It will, most likely, show up once you board but it may not !  Our MTD reservations were wrong in the app the entire week on Grandeur.  The app is completely unreliable.

My daughter books massages, 3 cruises, never loads in the app, no reminders in the cabin.  They ought to do one or the other!

Sometimes there can be glitches or delays in syncing between the website and the app, so the treatment may show up in the app calendar closer to your appointment date. However, printing out the receipt is a good idea to be safe so you have a physical copy to refer to. this happened to me as well on the last cruise. it wasn't in the app, but it was in my cruise planner on the website.  Shouldn't be an issue when you get onboard but bring a copy of what you paid for with you just in case.
