Is there a seperate C&A phone number for D+ or Pinnacle?

Recommended Posts

Just called C&A again regarding my email address and ensuring it is not attached to another name/account.
The agent informed me it is not.
So my next question was "how did my daughter just get an email for my cruise? (Royal up) and she's not on the cruise.
She checked my daughter's account and saw her email is attached to my account.

This is one of the dumbest things.
She then looks further and sees a duplicate account in my name with my email address but it has no C&A number but "shell get rid of it". I'm picturing all my cruises will soon disappear!

Anyhow, conveniently the call was still connected but we could not communicate, so I could not complete a survey regarding this call.
I await a call back, becasue she confirmed my phone number and "will call back if we get disconnected"

I called back to C&A and asked the guy  "are there any other emails associated with my account" and he replied no.  I then asked if there is a D+ dedicated phone line.  He said when we call C&A to press 1.  I told him thats for new bookings and he said......wait for it....:"no it will get you to the D+/Pinnacle line....if it were in the prompts everyone would press for that".  So, of course I tried it out, there was no additional prompt within press 1 to get to a different C&A line, and the person at "new bookings" knew nothing.

So that's my long story for the short question....Is there a seperate line for C&A D+/Pinnacle??

Side Note:  I did email mbayley  last week  regarding my email address/lack of emails etc....and received a reply that it will be assigned to somoene in C&A and they would be in touch with me.  It will be interesting to see if that actually happens.  This is about my 10th call within a year to try to get this straightened out, along with a few visits to the loyalty ambassador while onboard.

I found this information when I did a google search:

Not sure that it's "dedicated" but when I press 9 after dialing 800 526-9723 they answer "thank you for calling Royal Caribbean's Diamond Plus desk".

WARNING: The information is from 2016 so take it with a large grain of salt.

Then I read this one from 2021:

footnote 9 "....Diamond Plus members and their travel agents can contact a Loyalty Specialist to select an amenity by calling (800) 526-9723 and pressing 9 at any time during the greeting message. All orders are per household and will be selected according to the primary member selection in the relationship. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. (ET)."
