Where do you drop off your luggage?

We've either carried on, had The Key, or been on Star Class the past few cruises, so I cannot for the life of me remember where to drop our luggage if we are not carrying it on board. We all have small carry on bags, but we don't want to haul them around with us until the rooms open up. Do we just leave them with the porters outside, or is there a designated place to drop the luggage once the tags are on? We're going out of Galveston, if that helps.

$1-2 per bag is more than fine.

Small carry-on bags? As in, the ones that will hold all your essentials such as passports, Sea Pass copies, money, medications, etc.? Keep that on you! Don't give it to a porter!
