You'll have all Sky Class privileges: Suite Lounge, Concierge Access, free VOOM access, enhanced embarkation & debarkation, etc. etc. The only thing you don't necessarily get through Royal Up when going to suite from a non-suite is the double points, but since you're already in a Jr. Suite, you'll get those as well!
