CruiseMom82
Any idea if Canada will relax their vaccine requirements, which affect all cruises to Alaska apparently. We would love to take our teen boys (we’re Americans) there but are not prepared to have them get vaccinated to do it. It seems illogical to keep the requirements for over 12 years old but not younger kids, as they can all transmit it. Wondering if anyone has heard anything. If they won’t budge, we may have to make our own land tour ; ) https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/cruise#requirements WAAAYTOOO

teddy
As someone who lives in a border state and has family across the line, I can tell you that logic plays no part in some of the covid policies we’ve seen from Canada Pattycruise, WAAAYTOOO, fireclan and 1 other 3
tjcruisers
Living north of border, seeing what's driving it, I'd say no, don't hold your breath. Adriana, WAAAYTOOO and Pattycruise
Adriana
Ugh, what a shame! My absolute favorite cruise was a Northeast & Canada cruise and would love to do it again. Oh well, sounds like it will be some time.
Bowen
We loved it as well, Alaska was a cruise we'd definitely do again, but not until long after they drop the mandates. I'd be so worried they'd bring them back randomly. Adriana and CruiseMom82 1
