Last year we had a cabana booked on Cocoa Cay and the price dropped, so we canceled the reservation and then re-booked it for the lower price. I booked a beach club pass in November for this cruise. I just booked another one now. Both in my name. Amex sent me the text that the charge went through. So I guess the lesson to learn from this is give it a try, you have nothing to lose, and if it works then YooHoo! Otherwise, cancel and re-book at your own risk...
