14Terry Posted May 11, 2022 Author Report Share Posted May 11, 2022 We did this today. We were picked up at the staging area and went by bus for a short ride to the starting point. There were clean bathrooms there and a place to purchase drinks for the ride. It takes about 90 minutes to complete the trip and you might even get a chance to steer the raft. We were given life jackets and could take them off after a spell. Always felt safe from the time we were picked up until dropped off back at the ship. A “thrill” ride it is not. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, ride down the Martha Brae river, this is great! My wife and I were on the first raft. There were 2 ships in port and a lot of people on this excursion.
