I have used the online redeem button and just checked off the complementary cruise circle. Never been turned down. My wife and I also usually book two rooms on the same cruise. I use the casino some each day of a cruise, the last time on a S2S in Nov, although I don’t use the casino at a high enough level to hits status levels that lead to earned cruises. But since the end of the pandemic cessation of cruises I haven’t received any and thought it had to do with the current demand. Do you mind sharing what your level of play has been post-pandemic? Starting Oct last year, I have received emails every month for comp cruise. I have B2B on Mariner later this month and Harmony in August. I would say 4-6 offers have gone unused. We had a lot of FCC sitting there that will finally be used completely by the end of April, maybe that has had an effect. I don’t recall the points total for me on the S2S in November, but then I use the poker machines more than I use slots (although I do use the latter also). Unfortunately, this is a sign of the times. Royal isn't giving anything away that they can sell. The casino comp offers have truly dried up. There are still some onboard comps to reward onboard play but they are very sad at the lower ends (which is where I live). The email and snail mail offers are very infrequent. If you are truly not getting ANY offers, you might need to call Club Royale and make sure that your email address isn't FUBAR.
