OutToSea
Are they still doing it. It looks like fun
ptod
Not as of last week - crowds will have to be allowed to congregate freely before it returns
JohnK6404
I think it’s currently suspended… no balloon drop on Oasis last OCT either.
need2cruz
I’m on Symphony, now. No balloon drop. I’m allergic to balloons and hate any time I’m around them, some how they always start coming in my direction. They did have balloons at the Super Bowl showing that we’re decorations. We had specific sides to sit on with balloon colors Bengals vs Rams. They did make the party fun. People started having fun with the balloons, but not me. JasonOasis
On my October cruise on Symphony there was no ballon drop and no 70's party on the Promenade either. I think all of these things including the pool parities will come back later this year. One of my friends is currently on a Carnival cruise she is doing 3 back to back to back cruises (she loves Carnival only cruises with them) she posted on FB yesterday the return of their pool parties with the cruise director staff. I'm guessing Carnival had also suspended their pool parties for a while. Finger cross that 2022 sees the return of some normality and onboard activities to cruising. CrznTxn
Would be nice to see some normality on the outside activities. The sail-away party and late night disco by the pool is surely missed. Could tell the temperature of the cruise by the crazy loco excited people at the sail-away.
