We are on Oasis July 9th, and we can no longer get into the planner The other day all of my Cruise Planners had a block, regardless of the browser and would say it is currently unavailable. I tried the next morning and they all worked. I have had that happen a couple times. Sometimes clearing browser history/cache can help as well. If anyone is in your reservation like your travel agent, a Royal agent or any automated task that touches the reservation it locks it and you can't access the cruise planner. deep1 Posted April 22, 2021 Report Share Posted April 22, 2021 Kids, fiance, TA... Any of them on, or even yourself from another device in another room, when you want to go on and it doesn't work. I've made the mistake a few times while talking with them on the phone with questions and me being on it... "Um, sir , I can't help unless you log out"...
