princevaliantus
I can definitely see myself retiring on this. A cruise line that’s never cruised or built a vessel magically creating the worlds “greenest” cruise ship. Apparently last year they chartered Bahamas Paradise Grand Classica to take people out on a 2 day timeshare like presentation. As that deck looks to be sitting right on the water, how do we keep the retirees from getting washed out to sea? Ogilthorpe
WAAAYTOOO
Hmmmm.....let's see. A pool deck at water level that is open on 3 sides. What could possibly go wrong ?? ...and of course, I realize that the Navy has ships with waterline hatches....it's just a little unsettling to see so much open access to the open sea. I could definitely learn to live like this though....so sweet. Ogilthorpe
SpeedNoodles
Windstar Sea Breeze has a water sports platform. It's not as flat onto the water as the one in the link. This ship is on my bucket list for the South Pacific. https://www.windstarcruises.com/blog/water-sports-platform/ MaryS and Ogilthorpe
WAAAYTOOO
I was really just kidding. I'm sure it's perfectly safe <fingers crossed behind back>. Wow, that Windstar does look pretty awesome. Ogilthorpe
teddy
Shoot, the Navy lets sailors and Marines swim off the stern of amphibious assault ships...as a bonus, an inside cabin on a cruise ship will seem like a suite after a float on a gator freighter. Edited to add link for those who don't know what I'm talking about.https://www.businessinsider.com/marine-corps-swim-call-2016-
