I have been trying to purchase something for 2 days and keep getting a "payment not accepted" warning after you enter the payment information. I have tried with multiple credit cards and get the same result. I've made prior purchases before and had no problems. EDIT: So I looked closer at the website and it says "Calendar conflict(s) exist" in the message. I'm trying to reserve a beach bed. twangster Posted February 17, 2020 Report Share Posted February 17, 2020 Yes this is common, it won't let you book overlapping shore excursions for example. I can't book a helicopter ride at the same time I'm taking a jet boat for example. You might have to call them unless you have someone in the cabin who isn't doing the water park. HeWhoWaits Posted February 17, 2020 Report Share Posted February 17, 2020 The same thing happens if you try to book MTD within 30 minutes of the scheduled end of an excursion - the system thinks an excursion ending at 6:30 and dinner starting at 7:00 are overlapping. When reserving my time dining the other day, I got the same "Payment not accepted" and then in small letters it mentioned or "payment not needed for transaction" when no payment info was entered due to just booking MTD.
