They never did with Oasis either, and Oasis got the RFID makeover so I would assume Allure will get the same. Allure is the only Oasis class ships without them at the present time. Quote

RCL Customer Service told me otherwise on an e-mail dated 1-17-20... *Wow Bands are currently only available on Symphony of the Seas®, Harmony of the Seas®, Ovation of the Seas®, Anthem of the Seas®, Quantum of the Seas®, and Spectrum of the Seas®.
