We felt very safe.....I had no concerns, and I'm one of those people who has a history that makes me.....for lack of a better word...paranoid. Hoski Posted March 3, 2019 Report Share Posted March 3, 2019 Cozumel is very safe even safer than the mainland and we usually spend two weeks a year on the mainland.
