Were you on the March 10, 2019 sailing? We were in the Star Loft and we also had Araceli as our Genie. I remember she had a family in the Royal Loft and there was a little girl and this family had cabana B2 (beachfront) on Labadee. Also, there was a bit of mix up and delay while boarding with this family. Was that you guys? Small world if it was you! Anyway, I know exactly what you mean about being completely spoiled by her. I was just saying to @Rags1, who also had Araceli a bit after us, that she set the bar so high, I am slightly nervous about who we might get in about 90 days from now. This will be our first SC cruise after Araceli and I am not sure who can match her. First world problems lol. I don't know much about Luciano but the things that I have heard are all good. He has been a Genie for around a year. I remember hearing that he was trained on Harmony with Sebastian and Araceli and then he headed over to Ovation for a while and now he is on Allure. Looking forward to following!

Welcome to the point of no return. ? That is a fantastic upgrade. I have yet to sail SC on Anthem. All our SC bookings are on Oasis class. If you scroll through the live blogs, there are a few SC blogs specifically on Anthem that you might find helpful as you wait out the next six weeks! Happy planning! We just made final payment on our next SC adventure in March. The excitement is returning.

If you are looking for an actual comparison of cruise lines, I did a review on the Seaside. A bit of background about us before you venture over there is that we are predominantly Loyal to Royal but we wanted to give the Seaside a try. If you are looking for a comparison of loyalty programs, @twangster always says that the Crown and Anchor program is one of the best ones out there compared to other cruise lines. I cannot comment much of MSC's program as we couldn't even match to Black when we sailed the Seaside. We were only Emerald on Royal at the time the we did the status match so we did not receive many benefits. However, I believe that @Andrew72681 has looked into this quite a bit (if I remember correctly from some of his posts).

^^^And this! Point proven with our Villa booking a year from today on Harmony. By maxing out the room at 14 people, we are all paying just a bit over $900 per person. Less than an interior on some sailings! Going to be a tight squeeze but we are close family so it's all good lol.

There was a "rumour" a while back that Liberty was headed back to Bayonne once Allure heads to Galveston. Not sure if there is truth to that.

Again, like @twangster mentioned, those were the only rooms on Oasis to receive a makeover. It is rumoured that those will turn into the new spa cabins.

Nope. I had sent the correct link. The link that you posted was the initial announcement of the new category. On the first sailing after dry dock, @Matt actually had one of the new rooms that was updated. It is believed that these will eventually be the new “spa” rooms.
