  1. It’s called biased opinion, sorry you can’t see it! It might change my options if there were something posted that wasn’t negative from the poster in all there posts.
  2. I was notified yesterday that our cruise was cancelled from the company that we booked through, ? there worst that Royal for notification, along with that they sent me a link to determine which course of action that i wanted to take. Upon opening it, it gave me two options to choose from, 125% or reimbursements for the cruise. I have already received what i assume is my port fee's and taxes from RCL? ? The link also stated that it would be up to 90 days for processing. Oh boy, once all our cruises are done with them...they will be history!
  3. Well after spending 2 1/2 hours on the phone, 20 minutes with the TA explaining what I have and what I wanted done and the remaining time waiting for RCCL to answer the phone. I think it might be completed, but I will have to wait a week for verification as it’s supposed to post to my cruise planner as OBC.
  4. @JLMoran Did you have Baileys in your coffee?
  5. i don't mind the Windjammer, because they have a variety and different dinner themes that you can't get in the dinning room. For example, I like german food and have on numerous occasions found jägerschnitzel on the buffet, Seafood...ie steamed shrimp, clams and various other items for when you don't want a lot, without going to a specialty dinnng venue. Call me an oddball, it wouldn't be the first time. ?
  6. I've noticed that all your posts have been doom and gloom articles against RCL, Do you not like RCL? Or are you a plant for another cruise line trying to sway us that direction, if so, you're not doing well because you haven't advertised that cruise line yet. ?
  7. Okay..i noticed today that RCL refunded what i assume is our port fees and taxes back to the credit card and the amount is different that what was actually listed on the invoice. We paid $198.38 pp total of $396.76 and $403.88 went back to the account. We selected the FCC and are currently still waiting for that certificate to show up.
  8. @USCG Teacher Is this your cup? Not judging, just saying! ?
  9. Yea and we could go back to the old Tupperware cups of yesteryears ? Who remembers these?
  10. @Crazycruiser50 If you booked using a TA, they will have to add it to your reservation. If not, call RCL and they will add it to your reservation and it will show up like OBC does. Then you use it to purchase whatever you want in the cruise planner.
  11. Rant: Why is it that you have to have a TA add your Cruise Planner Credit to an existing cruise that you have booked? I didn't have to use them to book my excursions, wifi or drink package! Rant over! ??
  12. We just received our Cruise Planner Credits yesterday and are currently awaiting our FCC for the sailing, Our friend that were on the same cruise and booked 6 months after we did received both the CPC and FCC yesterday. Thing that make you say hmmmmmm
  13. It sure will be a mess on embarkation and disembarkation days. ?
  14. i'm retired and self employed. I will quarantine myself upon return. ?
  15. Update...got that squared away...now the pain lies with adding that to one of our existing reservations. I called the company that booked our cruise and spent 1 hour on the phone with them only to find out that it would be possible 2 hours waiting for RCL on the phone with them to connect with RCL to add it to a current cruise booking. ? OMG can they make this more problematic and time consuming? ? I asked if it would be a problem adding both Cruise Planner Certificates to an existing reservations and was told "We don't know and will have to ask RCL". I gave up and said i will call back at a late time....they have beat me down... Insert beating dead horse here! ?
  16. Well, i got ours today and it's way off and not in our favor...time for a call. I think that intern did my cruise planner credit...?
  17. Okay..that makes sense, i thought Allure went back to Gibraltar to drop crew and returned.
  18. Okay riddle me this? Since Allure was closer to the port in Spain for repairs, why not send the other ship that was in Gibraltar to pick up the crew from Allure instead of Allure returning and disembarking those crew? Allure is the one with Izopod issues and not the smaller ship. Things that make you go hmmmmm.
