  1. Drink package is good at all venues on the ship. I'm not sure if dining is required, but Harmony's Sabor has it's own bar apart from the dining area.
  2. FYI: Another really fun thing at Blue Lagoon is the Sea Lion Encounter! (Also it's a good deal cheaper to book Blue Lagoon's offerings at their website rather than through the cruise lines, but you probably already know that.)
  3. Ah, thanks for the clarification. You are right, that still sounds like a pretty good deal having the protein powder added.
  4. Are you certain of this? The way I read the bottom of the menu is that protein drinks included. Not being included is odd since the more expensive options of "Signature Juices & Smoothies" are stated to be included. The "included" statement is on both sides of the menu.
  5. Hi Jesse. Welcome to the message boards. Which ship are you asking about? Only Oasis-class ships have protein shakes available in the Vitality Cafe. They are included in both the Deluxe and Refreshment Beverage Packages. Sample menu attached. vitality-cafe-menu-sample.pdf
  6. Rhapsody, Grandeur, Vision, Freedom, Odyssey, and Quantum. They've all been top notch when it comes to accommodating GF needs.
  7. I can second all of this as it relates to my wife's GF needs. I'm surprised by @Montemy2419 being told "NO" about so many items in the MDR with advance notice. I do remember that the old menus had a wheat sprig icon next to items that were either already GF or available to made GF. This really should be added.
  8. I will second this. You can get these on the cheap at any Dollar Tree store and they come two in a pack. I'm not sure which ship you are sailing on, @MKSglitz, but newer ships (Oasis/Quantum class) have an automatic nightlight setting in the bathrooms.
  9. So far, that has been my experience. We are in the Eastern TZ and our Florida based cruises have opened up for check-in at midnight while our Seattle based cruise last year opened for check-in at 3am (Midnight ship's time).
  10. This was discussed quite a bit last year when Anthem's sister ship, Quantum, had ongoing engine issues that could not be resolved due to supply chain problems. IIRC, when an engine is taken offline for repairs or scheduled maintenance, the work is performed while the ship is still cruising, essentially reducing the ship's available power by 25%.
  11. This sounds like a pretty significant $$$ amount of damage. Makes me wonder if any sort of restitution was "arranged" in addition to "involuntary disembarkation".
  12. Johnny Rockets only operates on Oasis-Class, Freedom-Class, and Voyager-Class ships (Oddly enough, except for Voyager, itself)
  13. Not sure the answer, but I'm curious; how large is the Starlink dish?
  14. GF Bagels were available in Cafe Two70 on both or our Quantum-class sailings last year. (Quantum & Odyssey) We enjoyed breakfast there so much that we never went anywhere else for breakfast, so I don't know about the Windjammer. (MUCH Less crowded and, after a couple days, the staff would immediately recognize my wife and ask what items she would like made GF)
  15. The menu on the post below does list a gluten-free option under toast. Most sailings we've been on lately do have gluten-free bagels and muffins on board. (Usually Udi's brand) Not sure about English muffins though. My wife usually gets a GF bagel or bagel sandwich at breakfast. We've never ordered a continental breakfast, but I'm sure you can have these delivered by requesting gluten-free items when ordering. My wife and I have found the staff on all ships VERY accommodating to her need to eat Gluten-Free. TIP: When ordering, maybe request a couple of the gluten-free cookies that are usually available in Sorrento's and/or the Cafe Promenade in place of the donuts.
  16. I've never seen these in the cruise planner before. I've only seen these types of items show up in the daily Cruise Compasses all the time. My wife likes to take advantage of these and (most of the time) has the ability to say no whatever products are being pushed (usually just due to some of shocking prices).
  17. For our in-app check-ins, I began check-in as soon as possible and ONLY put our preferred arrival time on hold. We completed the rest of the check-in at our leisure over the next couple days.
  18. Royal Caribbean serves Coca-Cola products. (Although, Dr. Pepper is available on sailings out of Texas due to popularity/demand) Mtn Dew is a Pepsico product and is not available on board.
  19. While those early flights are tempting and the airport is not too far away, I wouldn't recommend risking it with too early of a flight. One delay in getting the ship back to the port/cleared by the port authorities OR a traffic issue and you're missing your flight.
  20. You're never gonna have enough time to visit all of KSC during a port stop. That being said, we very much enjoyed our guided excursion through RC when we went there in 2018. The excursion took us to the Apollo/Saturn V Center (Until you see it, you don't realize just how BIG the Saturn V rocket is!) followed by a visit to the KSC Visitor Complex to see the "Rocket Garden" and the VERY IMPRESSIVE Space Shuttle Atlantis exhibit.
  21. You'll need to call and have them added to your reservation. The option to add them online is only available at the time of booking your reservation.
  22. Correct. A friend of mine sailed on Mariner in 2018 just after being amped.
  23. But please wear more than JUST a T-shirt!
  24. Have you considered printing (or saving a file/screenshot to your phone) a copy of your Cruise Vacation Receipt or the summary on your Upcoming Cruises page? The type of cabin and cabin number you have booked is listed on those.
  25. Having been on two ships with the Bionic Bar last year, I kinda agree with retiring the concept. We used it once on Odyssey since we had never seen it in action before. The quality of the drink was underwhelming and we never used it again. (I'm pretty sure the robots don't put much effort into the drinks since they're not gonna see a tip! ) At about 3 days into the cruise, it was practically abandoned by guests for the remainder of the cruise. On Quantum a few months later, I didn't ever see it being used.
