Hello I was trying to figure out how to prepay my gratuities and the lady I spoke to at royal said just get on the website and pay them. I can not find anwhere on the site where I can pay gratuities. Does anyone know how to do it? I called because I thought I could just pay over the phone but she said on the website

Hello I watched a cruise video where someone mentioned that norovirus has been going around cruise ships. I am going on Anthem soon. Does anyone know if the buffet is self serve or are the crew members serving in the buffet?

I see videos and pictures of beach loungers for two at cococay. However, I don’t see them available on royal’s website when I look for them. Are these still available to rent? When I click on cruise planning and look for them they do not show up. I wanted either a beach bed or the loungers, but the beds are all sold out.

I have a specialty dining credit on my anthem cruise in march. It says reservations can only be made on the ship. Does this include any specialty restaurant on Anthem or do they limit it to one they choose?

I am cruising at the end of March on Anthem of the Seas (7 night cruise). I see Royal Caribbean has casual nights and smart casual nights. How do you know what nights are casual and what nights are smart casual?

The time for the excursion for Blue Lagoon says 8-12 for beach day. Is that really the right time? Do we have to be at the beach by 8:00 am and leave by 12:00PM?

I am wondering about the dress code on the cruise ship when we eat dinner in the MDR. Will my son and husband be able to wear khaki shorts for dinner with a polo shirt or does it have to be khaki pants? Also, will my daughter be able to wear jean capris to dinner or does she need dress up pants as well? Thank you!
