I just bought my packages for Rhapsody Feb 2017 last night. They still had the Premium and Ultimate packages available. Bought the Premium for my wife and myself for around $726. That works out to about $51 per day including gratuities. My drink packages cost more than my cruise fare minus port fees.

I wouldn't think a time limit would apply if you are close enough to monitor it. To me that's not chair hogging. The chair hog is nowhere to be found for long periods of time.

On Majesty a couple of weeks ago the servers brought me a bucket of ice and 3 beers at a time out by the pool. My wife had a drink package and was having frozen drinks. If they know you aren't sharing your package they will work with you.

Just got off Majesty yesterday. I think I have most of them. I will post a few pictures later today after breakfast.

You will be good. We have been texting with each other and groups not on the boat. The only caveat is that occasionally you will be logged off of zoom. When that happens texts won't alert you. On my IPhone 6 as soon as o log onto the phone it connects to zoom and I get all the texts.

I will say this. Don't expect to stream Video with what they have currently. It might work when the ship is empty but up on the pool deck with a bunch of people around its hard to post here much less stream anything.. That might be one reason they changed the business model from free to everyone. They simply can't handle everyone.

I printed out the article on cruise critic that said we would get it. There were cards in my room with the codes but I didn't see them befor going to guest services. They had a list of those who were eligible and helped me get my phone logged in It was a little different since they give you an access code rather than a username and password.

I just boarded Majesty this morning and they have honored the free Voom for those booking before the March cut off date. My wife and I both have it for our entire 4 day cruise

I had bought one several months ago. I then saw it at a lower price online and called them. They had me purchase the plans again at the lower rate. Then they canceled the old plans and about 3 days later I saw a refund was added to the credit card account I use initially.

Yeah we were at Labadee last May. My niece [early 20s] was walking through the market She said one guy asked her what her name was. When she told him he quickly carved it on a wooden trinket he was selling and put a lot of pressure on her to buy it. That's an example of how high pressure it can be.

That is disappointing. Did you book before the March cut off. When I booked back in Feb. Free Voom was all over the header art work for Majesty. I will probably raise a stink if this is the case at check in. It's not that big of a deal but principle. I am Sailing her July 4 4 day.

I booked an inside cabin on Rhapsody out of Tampa on a 7 nighter Feb 2017 for $352 each plus port fees and gratuities. Paid less than my Majesty 4 day cruise in July

Thanks for posting this thread. I just canceled my drink packages and bought them again for my July 4 Majesty sailing. Saved me $24. That's not bad for a 5 minute phone call. Its not 20% but every little bit helps.

I would say if the bag is too big just open it and slide it under. I did that on Freedom last year and it had an added benefit of acting like a big dirty clothes drawer during my trip.

Thanks jticarruthers Option 1 would work for me so long as any deposit would carry forward and apply towards the cost of the future cruise. That's a free spa spending spree for my wife this summer. I imagine the cost of the cruise I change the booking to may be less expensive since I will do it next spring at the earliest possible chance.

Not refundable at rebooking or only If I cancel. Example: I book a cruise onboard putting down a 300 deposit. My wife goes hog wild in the spa and spends that 300. When I go to change the cruise to the later dates I need will I lose that 300 deposit/spent OBC or will it still apply to the cost of my later cruise. Thanks for clearing this up for me

Thanks. That is a good idea. Are there any fees associated with changing to a later date and would I need to use any OBC I get by booking on the July sailing so as not to lose it?

I hope not. I was hoping to book that cruise while on Majesty in July to take advantage of the OBC offer.

I want to book Oasis in mid May 2018 for a family getaway for my sons graduation from college. What is the earliest i can do that? The website only shows dates in 2018 through April.
