Yes, I was about an hour ago! I was afraid something had happened to my account, but I was just able to log in a minute ago with no issues.
I think they were having some sort of database issue or something.
Give it a go now and see if it works!

I received an updated itinerary email early in the morning about some sort of change to our day 5 stop. I can't remember the original itinerary, so not sure if the time just changed a bit or something?

When we did Chef's Table last Christmas, someone at our table did not drink alcohol and they were given several "special " cocktails/bubbly drinks.
Oh, that would be perfect!
Thanks for the info!

Last October my wife and I booked the chef's table on Oasis and it was really fun! However I remember the wine pairings being a fun little highlight of the meal.
Fast forward to now and we're set to depart on the Icon in a week (fingers crossed), and we have a meal at the chef's table booked again. However this time, we're expecting so obviously my wife won't be partaking in the wine pairings.
Does anyone know if they offer any sort of special non-alcoholic drink pairings with each course like they do the wine or would it just be standard drink options?

We're setting out on the Icon in a couple weeks hopefully, so my opinion might change after that... but the Oasis class are my favorite!
I've been on the Wonder once and the Oasis twice, and both times have been just perfect. The space is nice and nothing beats waking up early for some coffee in the park!
I would say the Wonder was probably my favorite, but the Oasis isn't far behind.

My family is set for the Oct 5th sailing of the Icon and I just received an email saying there is currently some unplanned maintenance happening, but that they are confident our sailing will not be affected.
Does anyone have an idea what is being worked on? And will the Sept 28th sailing be affected?
Fingers crossed neither are affected. I've been so excited for this cruise for the past year or so since we booked it and I will be... pretty sad if it gets cancelled.
EDIT: Doh, I just saw the news post on the main page about this haha. Feel free to delete this post in that case!

Oh, perfect, thank you!

Thank you for the verification!
Sorry, to clarify, some of the cruises specify 'Inner Passage', but other ones like the 'Alaska Adventure Cruise' don't.
Is there a port or something specific he can look for that would signify the ship takes the Inner Passage or is it only the cruises that specifically state 'Inner Passage'?

Hello, I have a friend who is looking into taking one of the quantum class ships up to Alaska, and he was trying to figure out a solid yes or no as to whether they take the inner or outer passage.
Could someone here confirm either way?
Also, I don't post here often, but I have a few times. Could my account get approval so I don't have to wait on approval for each post if possible?
Thanks!

We're definitely looking into an Alaska cruise sometime in the future! So fingers crossed when we get around to it haha.

Aaah okay, That makes sense! Appreciate the response!

I tend to prefer a rainy, overcast day over a sunny day in general. So when I booked our cruise out of NJ in the middle of hurricane season, I had high hopes of hitting a bit of rainy weather along our route. Unfortunately, that has not been the case and it has been nothing but sunshine this week...
Our next cruise won't be until next October on the Icon and I'm carrying similar hopes to that sailing as well, but I was wondering if the more experienced cruisers out there might have some personal experience on when I might be able to book a week or so with a higher chance of some stormage! Thanks!

We departed from Cape Liberty a couple days ago. Our planned boarding time was 1:30, but the latest a shuttle was running was 10:30. So we had planned to just hang out at the port for a couple hours, but they ended up just pushing people through regardless of boarding times. I think we were on by 11:30 or so?
Be wary of the line to get into the port though. It went relatively quickly for us in a shuttle, but the line was pretty long.

Appreciate all the answers! Sorry I know the question was kind of vague, but I just meant in general for personal preferences! Lots of good info here though.
Regardless, it sounds like I'm probably going to have a pretty good time and that's all that matters!

Hello, I find myself in the transition from one job to another and thought what better way to spend these couples weeks than to book a last minute cruise!
So my wife and I ended up settling on the Sept 11th Oasis departure and although the itinerary leaves something to be desired, I'm still pretty excited with just being on the boat in general haha. Big ships are fascinating!
Anyways, back in 2011 I sailed on the Oasis with my family and I don't remember too much from it, and a few months ago I sailed on the Wonder. I also saw the Oasis had been updated in 2019, which sounds nice.
So I was wondering if I might be a little disappointed going from the Wonder to the new and improved Oasis and was curious about others opinions on how the Oasis class ships rank against each other?

Guessing this was on the January 15th sailing for Wonder.
If so, using Solarium Bistro as a dedicated Kosher kitchen was the case.
Guessing a disconnect occurred between the Cruise Planner team and sales team.
Aaaaah, okay, yes this makes sense! I hadn't seen this and I'm guessing you're right about a little miscommunication.
Regardless, not a huge deal, was just a little confused. Other than that, this sailing has been wonderful! What a ship!

Aah I see. I figured there were other kosher options across the menus, but I will admit I am quite ignorant of Jewish customs so that contributes to my confusion; however that makes sense. Thanks for the reply!
I do wish they wouldn't shut an entire ship out of a restaraunt option in a case like this, but I can see how it just makes logistical sense!

Wow! It's pretty different from what I expected, but I'm loving it overall!
MDR was pretty good last night, and I think we have Gios tonight. Not sure how I feel about Gios not being in the park and instead being in that main atrium, but we'll see. Doesn't look as intimate, but at the end of the day, the food is what's important haha.
