That is correct. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with Royal just now and have a ticket into IT because of this. They noted it on my booking that I have tried to make a payment but there is some internal error coming up. However, one of the items I had used the errored $200 OBC against was cancelled while they were trying to figure out what is going on.
So now I wait. Premier Package is still showing as booked online, and the RCCL agent even saw it as booked along with my three items that was booked using the errored $200 versus the $100 now sitting in the account.

It is true, as $200 OBC showed up for me. I booked one Premier under myself and one under my mom in the same room.

I got tired of waiting and cruise less than 30 days. Cancelled the 2 orders placed in CP one week ago, credit card is now reimbursed the two $89.99 charges. Already used the OBC issued originally given ($50/order placed).
