    I got tired of waiting and cruise less than 30 days. Cancelled the 2 orders placed in CP one week ago, credit card is now reimbursed the two $89.99 charges. Already used the OBC issued originally given ($50/order placed).

    That is correct. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with Royal just now and have a ticket into IT because of this. They noted it on my booking that I have tried to make a payment but there is some internal error coming up. However, one of the items I had used the errored $200 OBC against was cancelled while they were trying to figure out what is going on. So now I wait. Premier Package is still showing as booked online, and the RCCL agent even saw it as booked along with my three items that was booked using the errored $200 versus the $100 now sitting in the account.

    They can't make up their mind. Give a $ OBC or not? If not, then revert any and all packages cruisers had at original booking prices. Shoot, after all of this we should get an OBC credit.

    It is true, as $200 OBC showed up for me. I booked one Premier under myself and one under my mom in the same room.
