I hope RCCL won't change the sail date again. I got $100 USD OBC when RC changed the date from Sep, 14th to Sep, 12th but it wasn't worth it when I also need to reschedule my flight and hotel. Thankfully, RC covered my change cost.

If your cruise is full and you need internet on board, then buy it. You don't want to start your vacation hunting seats in Windjammer Zoo.

If I go vacation, I want at bare minimum have comfortable and quality sleep like I sleep on my bed at home. 4 adults in non suite stateroom is a BIG NO for me.

Without UDP you need to pay much more than $49.99. So yes, Chef Table is part of UDP but not entirely @Ampurp85 Chef's Table is included, with a $49.99 surcharge. That line literally written it is INCLUDED. Without UDP you won't get reduced price.

My remaining balance suddenly go up several hundred dollars for my September cruise. I called RC and they corrected the balance to original number. But 2 days later, it happened again. The balance spiked again. I messaged them on their FB messenger, they corrected the number again. Let see for the next few days if this glitch will repeat again. I am really confused.

My cruise on Spectrum OTS at September, 14th 2023 was cancelled because RC modify September & October schedule. They add new 12N Tokyo/Japan cruise for September 2023 (I found this information from one of cruise blogs out there, not from RC). I booked direct and I have not received any emails from RC regarding solution or compensation for several days now. I found RC cancelled my cruise when I logged in to my account 3 days ago. I may screw my flight as I booked cheap ticket, the change or cancellation fee will be huge. Will RC cover my flight change fee ?

You should research more before shell out $15,000 worth of holiday. Many only post 1 time, making complaint, ranting then leaving.

Ocean view is your best bet for safety and view combo.

I won't consider sleeping like "sardines in a can" to be a vacation. If I can sleep comfortably in home, then when on vacation the comfortable level must be the same or higher.

I get the refund today for 11/18 cancellation. They split the amount per person basis.

I messaged RC on their Facebook page. They told me the refund processed on Dec, 8th 2022.

Every company has its star employees. So maybe you got not so "star" employee. Give them another chance or just jump ship to another TA. Your money your choice.

Cheapskate person will do everything to rig the system or manipulate someone to save money. I knew this, because my sister in law and several of my friends do many kind of shits just to save a little money. They don't care about ethics, common sense, rules or even laws. RC already gave some leeway for bringing own beverages onboard. Just stick to that.
