It may take longer due to the fact that so many people canceled and re booked over that few day period...they probably have A LOT of refunds to issue

Yep- Oasis. Also, I was able to do the 3 big shows on the app, but had to go to the website to access the adult comedy show. Oh, and the escape room popped up on the app, also!

Just a heads up...online reservations became available for my Jan 29th sailing as of tonight....so keep checking if you're sailing in January. Looks like they've extended it beyond just the holiday sailings

Unless this is just out dated or something new... the very first line on the website where you buy RC gift cards states: Certificate may be used only as a form of payment toward a new reservation made directly with Royal Caribbean International. After the gift certificate has been applied to a new reservation, the reservation may be transferred to a travel agency.

Can you access certain venues when they are not actually open for events? My room appears to be right down the hall from the second floor of the Music Hall, from what I've seen it has a nice big window that looks out toward the Boardwalk. If I wanted to grab my room service Tea and pastries and sit in there to stare out the window early in the morning, do a little people watching, is that possible? Or are places like that locked when not in use?

It's most likely the bank- RC probably issued the refund, but banks can take up to a week or more to actually process and clear it back into your account. I know my bank is good for holding up refunds for 5-7 days after a vendor has issued it. So if it takes RC 2 days, and the bank 5-7 business days, you can be looking at 10-11 days with weekends in between.

Oh wow, I've seen lots of good reviews on the ice show, but everyone has the same out look on Cats. I feel bad for the cast who watches people leave the show on a daily basis.

So like two weeks ago a bunch of people were ae to reserve shows ahead of their cruises, but it seemed to only be sailings around the holidays. Has anyone else been able to do it yet? Or is it still just up to New years?
