@Lovetocruise2002 It's funny yes I think I mentioned before 1700 kids.  But kids are kids and it's the adults that are really trifling (credit to @Ampurp85 ) they should know better and set a good example but it's a free for all. Over 4,000 first timers is going to impact. Oh well, this one is in the books. 
We are doing early walk off on Sunday, we are just ready to be home. 
Hooked is an excellent idea, good choice. I know you're going to have a great time, this was just an off week. 
I'm looking forward to a happy more positive experience for you. Well good night, going to get up early and make it a great sea day! 
Saw Effectors 2 tonight, that's it...that's my post. Technical was awe inspiring.
 

Dinner was outstanding. #CK the most crowded I've experienced all week. I'm happy for them, lounge and dining room full but they handled it well. Maybe everyone is finished with their specialty dining?  
I just tried for the first time today the red sangria, it was perfect. 
The green curry was so good I'd order it the rest of the week if I could. The ricotta cheesecake was phenomenal. I forgot the dessert pictures, sometimes I stink at this. Hence the need for @Lovetocruise2002 live blog. 
As the days go on I can once again say with confidence, the ship is good I like it, I just need to sail when it's an "off" week. 
The teens are getting ornery, they have been up here on the suite deck and running the hallways. The doors are always open so the behavior seems to get a bit more reckless or disrespectful Easy to ignore though, the elevators still a pain in my boots. Without further delay, our animal day. 
Note every handler we were with truly loved their animals. They were right there making sure the babies weren't traumatized, we were not a huge group. I could feel the love. 
My cabin zoo has grown...

My day hands shake due to his working over sixty years on lamps. I don’t care what people say. We eat in the Windjammer so he can take his time. I go up and get food that he likes. I am glad my parents are on a cruise with me. I don’t care what people say. My parents put four children in college. I am honored and proud of my parents. I have three cruises book with my parents. 

The lack of dot-connecting from newbies and folks in general always surprises me. If I saw an overly red teenager spill, I might inquire if she was okay, not say/do anything negative. 
I am always amazed at how swiftly you can rally. 

@Lovetocruise2002 the concierges are Wonderful on the ship. We sat well in the belly of CK for breakfast and it was like being in a different restaurant, i suggest requesting a table opposite the basketball court for a more elevated experience. 
Bed early last night so up early, I like the early mornings on any ship. I have pics of the Solarium but I will post them later, cabash took them on his phone while mine was charging. The walking track is great and I found 3 more ducks this morning. I actually re-hid 2 of them as I had found one from the same family. The Cullen family hides them good, best hiding places yet. Out of the way, tucked off to the side..  in a corner. 
I'm slowing down I know we are doing our best to make the most of our sailing along with our thousands and thousands of new friends. Maybe it seems more crowded because of all the newbies, yes that's it. They are just learning, lol! 
Common sense though is not common. 
Roatan today, skipping the monkeys looking forward to the sloths! A Royal excursion because I was lazy.

I am in the same position. Three years from now I will be September, October and early November.

We’re used to it as I’m sure you are (although school ends in late May here b/c FL is strange & my wife can have pre-pre planning at the very end of July so school can start the 2nd week of August, ugh).
We also can’t wait to be able to cruise at other times. With her out of the classroom position last year, we snuck in a 4-nighter in October that left on a Monday she was off (forget why) & I dropped her off at work straight from the ship that Friday, lol. Not sure why, she hoards her personal & sick days. Anyway, it was very nice.

i am vindicated!!! was beginning to think i was crazy!!
…eh. probably am crazy, but at least not for this!!

We ate in CK all 7 nights earlier this month. It was crowded on 2 of them.
My only guess was suite guests were doing lots of specialty dining.
It wasn’t all that crowded during most happy hours in the SL either. We weren’t complaining but it was pretty strange. Aside from the drinks, the snacks were really good. I knew from the app I didn’t love the menu one night so I think I had about 20 breaded shrimp before we sat down. 🙈
BTW, all this talk of losing weight on a cruise is craziness. 🤪

Yes shout out to the teachers. I taught a learning annex class on budgeting, just two nights a week for two months, and it was honestly why I ended up on meds. I know adults are worse than children....in most cases but I couldn't be a teacher. It is a thankless, grueling job.  I am also super proud when children are scholars or scholar-adjacent, so congrats. @Neesa daughter.
Now I might be the minority, but I always lose weight on a cruise. I definitely eat more but I am always trying to take the stairs or do the walking track. 
I also love the all-access pictures, it insane how much behind the scenes stuff has to take place to make the front run smoothly.
