It might be a little oddly placed but I think it will be a welcomed changed. Also, there is two types of cheese on Playmakers nachos and to me it's always been weird. The liquid one might start out hot and melty, but they add shredded cheese that's cold and doesn't melt like wtf?????????? Also, I really love how easy PE is to navigate and how close FLL is to PE. The ID/gun checkpoint can be a little weird, but it is my favorite port to sail from.

I am 12/29 but also agree that they need to fix a lot of IT glitches. Also, just an FYI the new update shows whether or not you have a balance and gives you an option to pay........whether it works well or not is another story.

Since most land-based casinos require you to do this in person, I would assume you would have to do it on board, hence "see a casino host." It will require the filling out of documentation, so I would inquire the next time you board a ship.

You just need one NC booking, as long as you both are taking advantage of the same offering on one booking. If you will use separate rooms or different offers, you each will need a NC booking.

You would more than likely need to sign up once a casino year. This is probably like at casino where you fill out a form to get your handpays up to a certain amount. It will eliminate the need to wait because you can pay yourself.

@GatorCruiser I feel the same about Freedom/Voyager class being as small as I can go. I love how the Freedom class CL have a deck you sit out on and view the sports court and ocean. I keep getting Jewel and Explorer options for the casino but those classes are too small for me to enjoy.

Usually 30 days, but also check the CP because entertainment opens there before it opens on the app. My entertainment for my Jan Symphony opened at around 41 days and almost a full day on CP before the app.

@Mark_A I know all offers are based on play. So you being signature or earning a high level of points will factor in. My also prime brother got $50, my chouce mother got $25.

I agree with @OCSC Mike about this poll not really working out. I have been doing GTYs almost exclusively since I started boking with the casino, they used to offer more freeplay for waiting and now pretty much any OV or interior offer with them is a GTY. I had some assigned at the 45-day check in mark, some at 30 days, a few a couple of weeks beforehand. I know some people who was assigned a day before as well as some who got assigned 6m or right when they booked. There is no rhyme or reason when they get assigned or any real pattern. If fact you could have people who booked the same time, same sailing and there is no correlation. Also, once I was assigned rooms right next to each other, within minutes on linked GTYs while families who actually booked their GTYs together were assigned on different floors, different dates. I did receive an email, that was worded as if I changed my booking, assigning my GTY for Jan Symphony sailing this year. But that could have been an IT glitch. It was exactly 30 days for that sailing.

I am hoping it can be added to other cruise offers with no Freeplay or even the annual prime cruise since you don't get Freeplay with that one.

Yeah it is just nothing but an offer code. I was thinking about calling after work, but we all know sometimes the rep are just as clueless.

Wow this is a nice itinerary and since you home school, a lot of the places can be educational. Looking forward to seeing and reading about all the places. Are you in a suite or a couple of balconies for this one?

The 1st of April is when it resets so any points on 30/31st won't matter.

I would call. I tried the redeem online and had to do it twice because the first time it didn't go through, and I wasted about a week. It is better to just call.

April first is the new prime year, so you will have to wait. If you make prime by the 31st of March you would qualify for the 2025 annual comp.

Also I think you had a point/question about choosing your dining time each morning/afternoon. With mytime you can make your reservation for the week beforehand or just wait in line when you are hungry started at 6:45pm.

You can only have traditional, which set , or mytime, in which you choose a time from 6:45 to 9pm. They will not mix the styles. So check on your invoices on which one you have. Of course should you wish to change you can do so with your ta.

You cannot mix dining times. If you have traditional at 5:15 that is your dining time. If you wish to dine later than that you will need to dine at the buffet.

Playmakers does have the worse service of any restaurant of Royal’s fleet. My thinking is because it's a bar that serves food. At least when I frequent one I notice plenty of people use it but so few tip, so the crew have become jaded. We had some bad service. Then tip and come back to some of the best service. On Freedom I have had some of the better service. Odyssey still stands as the worst.

It is highly subjective. I have gotten 2k points on $400-600 and 1200 points on $1800. I see people playing max bets and getting 100points on almost $500. Which is to say max bet isn't always where it's at. The key is finding a machine and bet you like that doesn't make it seem like work or a loss.

Yeah on Indy and freedom the Playmakers is pretty large since it's the space between the start of the casino, and the dinning room. The burger, wings and nachos......plus onion ring tower for my brother is the best options. I personally prefer beers to the specialty drinks they have.

I got an email when my gty was assigned for Symphony. No other emails for any other ships. Your best bet is to check periodically. They can be assigned at any time.

I have actually had the best service at the Playmakers on Freedom. Granted both times I was there right at opening and neither was during March madness so.......
