    Wanderlust~ strong urge to travel!

    When: 25 June~02 July 2023

Who: Our little crew, Myself, hubby & 17 year old daughter We D+ & earning our crystal block here, hoping they have them onboard.

Where: Western Itinerary from Port Canaveral in a Crown Loft

Driving over from Tampa the day before, booked a two bedroom accommodation at the Marriott Residents Inn right next to the Port.

Scored a 1030hrs check in slot!

I placed a minimum RUB which was a lot for a 2 bedroom aqua suite & didn't tell Cabash/Vintage Magnet because why upset him as the ship is sold out anyway! But if you follow me you know I have a RUB problem LOL!! In the same breath Cabash is on the frugal side just talking about spending $$ makes him break out in a sweat! Work hard, play harder we only go around once that's my motto! Married 32 years now together 34 you think he would see things my way!

We are trying to do a family theme of red, white & blue as far as garments go for a nod to Americas birthday on the 4th of July! Everyone is allowed one carry on, one backpack & purse, if it doesn't fit it's not sailing!!

@asquared17 & @Ampurp85 this one's for you! Thanks to @OCSC Mike for sharing his experience on the previous sailing (June 4) & giving me the heads up on what to expect.

We are doing the CoCo Cay Beach Club day pass, Nachi-Cocom in Cozumel (first time at this resort) chosen due to all of the positive feedback here on this site & the Easy sloth encounter in Roatan I just lazily booked through Royal & I will avoid the monkeys @Lovetocruise2002 warned me about. My daughter and I are doing the All Access Tour and Cabash will be posing his Vintage Magnet self at the Solarium maybe or suite sun deck. He was not interested in the tour, translation was not paying it for himself.

Okay so this is the start, I am hiding ducks but the small ones this time because I only allow so much luggage. Following are some pics, 7 days to go!

@Cile Land O La here, but we usually say Tampa as no one knows where it is! Have you been watching the price jumps? OMG, after final payment lots of available cabins, some over 30,000 for 2 people!! Yikes! See you onboard 🙂

We like to spend time in cabana I Coco Cay but prices for Cabana are sky high . It is getting way to expensive. I hope to see you onboard!

I agree that $265 for the club is way too much.  When we were there on 7/2, we paid under $200/pp and that was probably a bit high because we were there due to an itinerary change while we were sailing, so full retail price was the only option.

I figured that the club restaurant would have cost about 80-100/pp in my home area.  The remainder was for the access to a great beach and a nice pool, fewer people in the facility and great service.

We just got back from cruise and we where in the club and it was nice. I do like cabana but prices are getting really high.

  4. I just got back from cruise and with all confusion in the port Canaveral I guess people why are checking passports and covid card and sea pass , they never return my covid card. I have next month another cruise and today I try to send request to CT Wiz Public Portal, I have no idea is this going to work.

Maybe somebody will have better advice how to get covid record of my immunization?

Don’t sweat the check in time. My Sept 19 cruise still shows check in unavailable and there is another thread with a lot of comments regarding check in being all over the place. You just have to keep checking until it opens. I’m solo so your sailing with unvaccinated kids is most likely not the reason. Good luck and have a great cruise!

    Thank you!
