  1. yes, there is a nice train option. I use the site Rome2Rio.com to look for travel options whenever I'm somewhere new.
  2. It has been slower this past year. Currently I have a cruise in December 2023 with no dining options. Just keep checking every week or so!
  3. Or the night before a sea day... because you can definitely have a good time
  4. The Chef's Table menu is the same across the fleet, but each chef gets to put a little bit of a spin on it. I really enjoy Chef's Table. I would do that before a three-night package, personally, if I wanted to really celebrate.
  5. They do, dinner only, space available/reservations required.
  6. In the planner, go to Order History. Show the details for that purchase and you can cancel it there.
  7. She did pre-covid. Don't know if that is something that has come back or not.
  8. Looks like she'll be in drydock for all of February, but I suspect that will be only regular maintenance. I don't think that's enough time for AMPing.
  9. Personally I’m going to the bird sanctuary, but if birds aren’t your thing it’s supposed to be a decent beach location. I suspect that’s true more outside of town though. Port-of-Spain is a working city, not a tourist one.
  10. From my experience they come right down, like on the 26th.
  11. Welcome to the boards! Kids' ages are coded into their seapass cards.
  12. Welcome to the boards! Enchantment is one of the smaller, older ships. And transatlantic routes are sometimes harder to fill due to the length and different start/end points. Both of those factors contribute to the excellent price deals you're seeing. Enchantment is smaller than Explorer, by about 600-700 passengers. She also has fewer venues and activities. On a transatlantic you'll have a lot of sea days in a row. If you're looking for relaxation or are good at self-entertaining, you'll have a great time. Otherwise you might get a bit bored.
  13. Not much, to be honest. You could argue that Dress to Impress is fancier, but that's pretty subjective. Dress up as much or as little as you want on either night!
  14. Got it. Here's off the top of my head, for a GS (Sky class) on Oasis: - 1 Voom login per person in the cabin - Suite Lounge access, with 11a-11p beer and wine, and happy hour cocktails around 5p-8p (give or take). No free drinks in the cabin, by the way - water in the room on arrival only. Additional water can be obtained at the Suite Lounge - Coastal Kitchen available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Free room service, including from the MDR during MDR hours I'm sure others will have more info, too!
  15. What ship? I'm guessing Oasis-class or Quantum-class, but let us know for sure.
  16. Welcome to the boards! I'd actually recommend the Voyager trip, if you've not been in a suite before. Less hassle with changing ships -- you'd end up losing most of a day making that switch, really, since you have to shlep all your bags between ships. With port-intensive itineraries, you don't have time to take advantage of all the bells and whistles of the newer ships either. That OV cabin has a nice amount of space, too. But really, either choice will be a lot of fun!
  17. Right, but if you're on a land-based vacation this doesn't matter -- I'd argue for specifically picking Chichen Itza in this case!
  18. Chichen Itza, hands down. Larger site, fewer tourists (not by a lot, but some fewer). Active center for many more years than Tulum was with a larger population. I enjoyed Tulum, but I loved Chichen Itza.
  19. Yes, although they might sometimes ask if you want to use it. But mostly you're responsible for making sure it gets used. Yes, same as beer. I've used my coupon for one before.
