You can always ask your stateroom attenedent to separate the beds so that both of your kids do not have to share a bed (because the size of the bed that is in the room is a king size which is just 2 twin size beds pushed together, when can be separated upon request) or one of them ends up sleeping on the sofa or a cot. On my last cruise in December 2018 I stayed in the same room as my mother and I had requested for the beds to be separated so that we did not have to share a bed or one of us sleeps on the sofa (or on the floor).
  2. Entertainment and show reservations can be made for the Quantum and Oasis class ships.
  3. I was able to make entertainment reservations for the shows 60 days before my cruise. Keep checking periodically to see if you can make entertainment reservations.
  4. I am interested in buying a wow bands for my mom and I once onboard but I would like to know how exactly do the wowbands work. I know that they replace your seapass card when on the ship, but can I use the wow bands to get on and off the ship? I will be on Harmony next month and I would like to know where do I purchase the WOWbands? If there is anyone that uses this disscussion board and has tried the wow bands before that would like to tell me some useful and helpful information about how the WOWbands work. i have purchased the soda package and booked shows for both of us and would like to know how do the bartenders and waiters know if my mom or I order a soda using the wowband? Is it stated on our seapass account? Stated on the WOW bands? I have also booked shows and would also like to know how employees letting the people in to the show that my mom and I had and booked shows?
  5. According to https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/ship-debarkation-leave-time the latest time to leave the ships is between 10:00am and 11:00am.
  6. The email that RC sent is not to discourage people from showing up early. Even thorough checkin starts at noon and departs at 5:30 you can show up in the morning because then you will get to enjoy and spend more time on the ship.

  9. I have been checking several times a week since I paid off the cruise in January. And I still cannot book shows?
  10. Can I make the reservations with the person who is selling the dining packages when I first board Harmony on embarkation day? Or do the reservations have to be made at 1 of the restaurants?

I have purchased the UDP for my April 2019 sailing on Harmony and would like to know if I make reservations for lunch and dinners when I get onboard When I walk onto the promenade or do I make reservations at the restaurants? If anyone who has purchased the UDP and can tell me where I should make the reservations for the restaurants when onboard that would be helpful.
  12. Cafè promenade, I think park cafe, some of the speciality resturants like those in Central Park. There could also be more places that serve speciality coffee onboard other than Starbucks.

The last few days I have been logging into the cruise planner servers times a day to try and reserve shows but I kept getting this message: how were you able to book shows even though you cruise is in June? My cruise is exactly 60 days from today and I have not yet been able to book shows. I Am able to book other things like shore excursions, dining reservations, drink packages, internet packages, spa packages, and activities within the cruise planner but I am not able to book shows.
  14. On April 28th I am sailing on Harmony Of The Seas, and I have dining, shore excursions, drink packages, internet packages booked and I would like to know when I can start reserving seats for the entertainment?

You can get a prepaid card for each of your kids and add the prepaid card information to their individual sea pass account when you complete online checkin process or when you can add the prepaid card information when you checkin at the cruise terminal. Also when you board the ship heard to guest services and ask if you can set a limit on how much each of your kids seapass accounts each day/night of the cruise.
  16. I packed mine in my checked luggage which I handed to the porters and the travel adapter was not confiscated and I did not have to go to the naughty room to retrieve the adapter.

I have read the description on a lot of travel adapters and this one said it had surge protector components and I have considered purchasing a travel adapter that is cruise ship safe but I could not find a travel adapter that was cruise ship safe and could plug in 1 wide laptop charger and 2 USB wall chargers and 2 USB charging cables. I read in the description of that specific travel adapter that it was a travel adapter with surge protector components so before I purchased it I called RC to inquire if I could bring and use that kind of travel adapter onboard and they said that kind of travel adapter would be allowed to use in the room while onboard.
  19. I have used this adapter on a cruise ship and had plugged in the European outlet all week. I had 4 USB cables and 1 lab top charger plugged into the travel adapter every minute of everyday for an entire week and it did not catch fire.
  20. I purchased a travel adapter that said in the description it is also a surge protector and the security staff at port canaveral had allowed me to take the travel adapter on the cruise ship. I am from Connecticut and gets really cold temperatures just like Colorado, but that’s because connictcut is more north or Colorado and 3 states south of Canada, But now I live in Florida and I can tell you that the further north you drive through Florida the colder that it gets for the south of Florida. Different areas of Florida are colder then other areas. For example: The city’s close to Georgia and in the pan handle are colder then the cities in the southern area of the northern part of the state, cities to the northwest like Tampa are colder then cities in central and southeast and south Florida, and cities that are in central, southeast and southwest Florida are colder then those cities in the south of Florida. Also because I am from the northern United States and have gotten use to the Florida winters I sometimes house I don’t even wear a jacket when I leave my house.

I stayed in a JS (junior Suite) when I was on Oasis in December and could eat only dinner in the coastal kitchen but did not know that I should have made reservations when I got onboard so I went to the coastal kitchen later in the afternoon thinking that I would be able to make reservations for every night of the week but I was only able to make reservations for the coastal kitchen for only 3 nights of the week and the other 4 nights I was stuck having dinner at either the windjammer (the Buffet) or the MDR (main dining room). WHEN YOUR STAYING IN A SUITE ALWAYS BOOK THE COASTAL KITCHEN WHEN YOU GET ONBOARD. Don’t waist until later to book the coastal kitchen or else you might not be able to dine in the CK and would be stuck with eating at either the windjammer or the MDR.

I am sailing on Harmony (allure’s sister ship) in April and every time I try to book entertainment and every time I try I see this exact message:I am able to book from the other categories in the CP, just not any entertainment! I have been trying to book entertainment since almost a week after the new year and each time I tried I got the same message. Can anyone tell me why I can’t pre-book entertainment for my April 2019 sailing on Harmony? Did anyone else see that message when trying to book entertainment? If so, when were you finally able to pre-book entertainment?
