The receipt for all the items that you purchase before your cruise is listed under the tab that says order history and should be printed out when you have finalized your cruise planner purchase or you cruise is about 1 week away or whichever comes first. To view what you purchased you must click (if you are on a computer) on order history, or tap (if you are using a mobile device) on order history.

You can call RC if you want to be on hold for a long time or you can login to the cruise planner and click on the section that says order history and you can cancel the drink package online and the money will go back to your credit/debit card within 3-5 days or if you used any OBC the OBC will be posted back to your account immediately. After you cancel the refreshment packages then you can repurchase them for the lower price, which can also be done online. in my opinion canceling items online and then repurchasing them for the lower price/cancelling items and not repurchasing them, I think is much faster then calling RC and doing it over the phone with a RC representative. I have done this about a few hundred times and each time I cancelled a cruise planner item online because I changed my mind, and I also cancelled some items that I had precooked and then cancelled the same items and rebooked them @ the cheaper price. You can also reschedule any excursions that you want to go on but choose a different time then the time you lent to choose and you can select time that you really want. When I had booked the Unlimited dining package for my April 2019 cruise on Harmony, I had accidentally selected the wrong time & yesterday I had rescheduled the unlimited dining package for the time that I had meant to select when I originally booked the ultimate dining package.

The same things that you want to know for your first cruise without your parents is the same things that I wanted to know back in 2014 when I booked my mom’s & Aunt’s 5th cruise, family friend’s 1st cruise & my 2nd cruise that was the first time that I had booked a cruise on my own. That was also the first time that I had done the online checkin for my mom & I buy myself which I thought was harder RC’s current online checkin process because with the complete change of their website all of the passenger information is asked one screen for each passenger which is easier then the old online checkin system. I would check in my bigger checked bag if I were you because then you don’t have to wheel your leg gage around until staterooms are ready. If you do check your bigger luggage in I would definitely put the items that You will need for the first few hours in your carry-on in case your luggage does not arrive until after you have dinner. The travel documents that you should put if your carry-on is: the proper travel visa allowing you enter the US (if you are not from the US), Birth Certificate & Drivers License or Naturalized citizen Certificate/Green Card (if not born in the US but moves to the US after you were born) & Drivers License or a passport book or a passport card. Also put your swimsuit in your carry-on if your going to give your checked bag(s) to the porters, and you would like to go swimming soon after you board the ship on embarkation day. If you are driving to port everglades then you would not have to pay for parking until disembarkation and the cruise is over. Google how much is port everglades parking and it should tell you how much parking at port is, also google offsite cruise parking port everglades, and look at a variety of places that offer parking and shuttles to and from port everglades and if they are cheaper than parking at the port then consider parking at an offsite cruise parking facility. I was on Oasis in December 2018 & Harmony in April 2019 & until a few months ago I was with Verizon & I did purchase the Voom Surf & Stream & I knew that I was going to use my phone while I was in other countries so I called Verizon & told them that I was going out of the country and would like the travel pass to be added to my account. The travel pass that Verizon offers can be added to your Verizon account and you will not be charged for having the travel pass on the account but you will be charged $10 a day for each device that makes a call or sends & receives text messages while in another country I have had the travel pass that is offered by Verizon on my Verizon account for about 7 months which I was not charged for using the service of the travel pass because I did not do any kind of international travel between the middle of December 2018 & late April/ early May 2019 and when I got back from my travels in early May until I switched cellular providers sometime in July 2019 IF YOU CALL VERIZON AND TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE TRAVELING THEN THEY WILL ASK YOU WHERE YOUR GOING AND YOU CAN ONLY USE YOUR PHONE AT THE COUNTRIES THAT YOU TELL THEM YOU WILL BE VISITING BUT IF ADD THE TRAVEL PASS TO YOUR ACCOUNT THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CALL THEM EACH TIME THAT YOU TRAVEL ABROAD. AND YOU ONLY BE CHARGED $10 PER DAY FOR THE ENTIRE DAY ON THE DAYS THAT YOU USE YOUR CELL PHONE.

There is at least 1 U.S electrical outlet in every cabin that is 110V. Also in every cabin the plug that is next to the US electrical outlets is Is a European style outlet which is 220V.

The Oasis Lagoon cabana’s is $999 per cabana but The thrill waterpark on Perfect day cococay are $499.99 per cabana.

RC serves tap water in the MDR & speciality restaurants at meal time. Before your cruise you can login to the cruise planner and if you would like to you can order a case or 2 of Evian water in either a pack of 12 for $39 or a pack of 24 for $60-$78; which I think is a 1 time cost for either size pack of Evian water. All of the Evian water bottles cruise in the pack are 1 liter. The bars will give you an off brand of bottled water or you can ask for a bottle of Evian water (if you ship will sell Evian water by the bottle).

Since you said that you are traveling with kids that are under 21, I would book a suite especially if the kids are infants and will be sleeping in a crib pack & play in the same room as the adults. If your kids are able to sleep in an adult bed then book multiple connecting rooms to your room or directly across the hall, but. If you want all of the adults & kids to be in the same room then book a suite that has multiple bedrooms. In my opinion booking a suite is worth the extra money because you get a bigger balcony then if you were to be in a balcony room, more space in the room, priority boarding on embarkation, robes are provided in your room for use while you are onboard the ship, complementarity drink packages, can eat all meals at the Coastal kitchen which is for people staying in a suite) and much more.

I have herd on the news that since Dorian has missed Florida that gas is easier to find because most of the gas stations have been resupplied with gas.

The cruises durning the week of September 8th leaving out of port Canaveral should be able to have people that want to cruise durning that week on any cruise line should be able to make a reservation for that week on the ship that they want to book the cruise for. The info that that is online for the 7 day or longer cruises would be the same information for the shorter cruise dates.

When I booked my cruise over 2 years ago for April 2020 on Harmony and the only options that I saw in the cruise planner right away was shore excursions, and then several months later I saw dining, and several more months after that I saw the rest of the cruise planner options except for the entertainment which does not become available until at least 90 days before the cruise. Once 90 days before your cruise is when you should see the entertainment that you can reserve seats for in the cruise planner if you have booked Quantum class or Oasis Class ship Hope this provided some of the information that you were looking for.

Just one person can download the Royal Caribbean international app on their phone and if you have all of the travel documents from everyone in your group then you can check in online through the app for all 6 of you or just check yourself in online since you probably already have your travel documents for yourself, and then you can checkin the others when they get their travel documents, or they can also download the Royal Caribbean International app on their and complete online check in for themself thru the app, or if they have the reservation number written down somewhere and they also know the last name of the primary person that made the reservation number they can go to RC’s website and checkin for themselves so that they would not have to give there travel documents to someone else just so that they can be checked in for the cruise. Also by each person checking themselves in online each person can add a credit/debit card (provided that they have one) to there seapass account or they can even choose to pay there seapass bill with cash (must be paid on the final night/morning of disembarkation) or select no charging privileges (this is if you are cruising with young children and do not want them charging lots of money to the stateroom/cabin). Labadee is wheelchair accessible. If you and your mother are going to go to one of the beaches @ Labadee, you would probably have to request a beach wheelchair before leaving the ship to explore and/ or to one of the beaches on Labadee.

Port Canaveral does not have anyway of prepaying for parking before you arrive at the port. When paying for parking you can pay with a credit/debit card or cash when paying for parking at the port. Port canaveral does not have a section on their website to prepay for parking like they did a few years ago when people who have booked a cruise out of port Canaveral could pre-pay for their parking just by go onto the port Canaveral website and selecting the dates that they will be parked at port Canaveral all the way from the first day of your cruise on embarkation day all the way till the last day of the cruise which is known as disembarkation day

I have also seen the waterpark cheaper than $94.99 a day but in the last 2 months or so the price has increased by $30 per person for my cruise. I was gonna book the waterpark whenever their is a sale on admission to the waterpark but I don’t think that I will because the price would probably just increase between now and when my sailing begins.

Any advice on what I should do in Perfect Day @ CocoCay? I am sailing on Harmony OTS in late April 2020 which is in 8.5 months, but a few days ago I was gonna pay for admission to thrill waterpark but when I looked at the price it was listed at $94.99 per person and that is not in my price range for excursions and for any excursion I would have to pay for both people on the reservation to go on the excursion. Wanna do some excursions @ perfect Day @ CocoCay but don’t wanna pay a lot of money for the excursions since I would have to pay for me & one other person to go on the excursion with me. Plz give me advice!!! If there is places that do not cost a lot or are free, I would also consider going to any of the free places on the island? is there any place on Perfect Day @ CocoCay that is free or does not cost a whole lot of money?

Yes hooks for over the door organizers are not allowed to go over the cruise ship doors. You will get on the ship. if you carry your luggage on the ship with you there will probably be no hassle, but if you hand your luggage to the porter and they put your luggage on the ship, the cruise ship employees will X-ray your luggage and if they see something that is not allowed on the ship they will put your luggage in the security office (a.k.a the naughty room) and leave a letter in your room stating that you must take the letter with you to the security office and then you will have to open your luggage and the office will remove what is not allowed on the ship and then you could take your luggage with you to your cabin. their is a chance that you might get the item or items back at the end of the cruise or you might not get the confiscated items back at all if they were taken when you were onboard the ship. if your item/items was confiscated be security in the cruise terminal on embarkation day(the first day of the cruise) then their is very good change that you will get those items back when you return back to the cruise port on disembarkation day (the final day/morning of the cruise) when going through customs to get back into the country that the ship has embarked from and considers that port to be its home port.

Then Book your sailing for summer 2020 now because if you wait to boom once onboard prices could increase between now and when you do on your November 2019 cruise. In 2017 I had booked 3 cruises for the oasis class, 1 in December 2018, 1 in April 2019, & another in April 2020 for RC and 1 in November 2020 on Carnival Mardi Gras I had originally booked one cruise but then months later I had decided to book 2 more cruises before I went my December 2018 cruise, and I am so glad that I booked 2 more cruises because between when I booked the other cruises the prices for all 3 of the other RC cruises had significantly increased in price and the Carnival Cruise has increased by a few hundred dollars and all 3 other RC cruise has not been cheaper then when I booked the cruises which was over a year ago.

On RC If they booked a room with only minors in the room that is a connecting room/ across the hall to one with the adults in the room that is acceptable to cruise lines and since the kids room is right next to/or is a connecting room leading into the adults room/across the hall and then their does not have to be an adult in the kids room. THE KIDS ROOM AND THE ADULTS ROOM HAVE TO BE COnnecting rooms.

Your dad should sign up for crown and Anchor online or over the phone before the cruise and get his loyalty number so that he can then add his crib and Anchor number to the cruise and start earning points from the first day of each cruise all the way to the last day of each cruise.

Metal hooks are not allowed on cruise ships doors so if the hooks that your ordered for the over the dirt shoe organizer are metal, then YOU SHOULD RETURN THE METAL HOOKS, and instead BUY THE COMMAND HOOKS because they are removable and would not damage the cruise ship cabin door at all and SINCE THEY ARE NOT METAL HOOKS THEY ARE ALLOWED TO GO ON CABIN DOORS. In the cabin bathroom there are metal hooks that are stuck on the bathroom doors (which is the way that the cruise line had designed) and you can attempt to put the over the door organizer on the hooks inside/outside of the bathroom door. Or you can bring command hooks with you on the cruise and attach them to the wall/door and put the over door organizer on the command hooks. You could also bring some magnetic hooks to put on the stateroom wall because most cruise ships have magnetic walls so you can bring magnetic hooks along or command hooks which are are allowed and hand the over door organizer on the metal hooks. NOTHING THAT WILL RUIN THE SHAPE OR LOOK OF THE DOOR LIKE TAPE OR THE HOOKS FOR THE OVER THE DOOR ORGANIZER IS ALLOWED TO BE USED ON THR STATEROOM DOORS OR WALLS. OVER THE DOOR ORGANIZER HOOKS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE DOORS THAT FACE THE HALLWAY BECAUSE THE DOOR ORGANIZER HOOKS COULD MISSHAPE THE DOOR THAT FACES THE HALLWAY, BUT THE OVER THE DOOR ORGANIZER HOOKS ARE ALLOWED ON THE BATHROOM DOOR INSIDE OF THE STATEROOM.

Yes, you and your girlfriend can get a connecting room next to your brothers room, but the primary person on the reservation and in the connecting room next to you has to be at least 21 years old.
