Of course its unusual thats why its happening to me!!! Had Maya Chan booked for our Costa Maya day and they pick THAT day out of all 365 to have Aquafest there & cancel our reservations. Maybe God is trying to tell me something?!?!!

Not sure what you mean here? That we can still board at 11am even though they said boarding will begin at 4:30? And time change was listed as due to “systems maintainence”

Since our sail time has been moved from 4 to 8pm, anybody have an educated guess as to when they might let us start boarding? They show 4:30 but....?

I got the 30% off our cruise right around the first of the year with $75 OBC. I was able to get an additional $125 OBC about 2 months later. Haven’t been able to do any better since.

Since I have no experience with a large ship, first and only cruise on the Nordic Empress, I’m confident (sort of) that we will have a great time on Majesty. We aren’t looking for bells & whistles, just a comfortable room (GS 1532) with views from our balcony, good food and drink and relaxation. Hope your back improves soon!

Thanks for the post. Our boarding is being held up til 4:30. Wonder what time we can really show up? And we are driving to the Orlando area after disembark with a flight out of MCO later that evening so we will be in no particular hurry to get off. A leisurely breakfast (can we eat in the MDR that morning?) then last ones off?!?!

And is Sabor on Majesty?

I love a good sangria with dinner. How is, and is there, sangria on RCCL?

I have always had a keen interest in other religions and their rituals/beliefs and you have sent me pouring over Google to understand the terminology and how it relates to your faith. Matt, there's something you DON'T know?!?!?!?

If it helps, my husband was the uber introvert, not dressing up for dinner type but he did want to cruise. I, on the other hand, am an extrovert but did not want to take a cruise. Well we both loved it. Our first (and only so far - life interfered) was a 7 day to Bermuda. It was not the best weather-wise but the cruise was terrific. He didn't care for the Dining room and a large table so we ate in the Windjammer every night and that was terrific too.

Yeah, I am a pizza-holic but never cared much for the hand stretched. In my area (CT) my favorite pizza always seems to be made by Greeks and is always pan style. I know its almost sacreligious but I don't like floppy, fold it in half pizza (I'm also a Red Sox fan so maybe that's why I don't like traditional New York pizza!!!)
