Is There A Master Excursion "Catalog"?
twangster replied to deep1's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
I imagine a number of excursion providers have been impacted by the pandemic. Some may not be around anymore. It may take some time to rebuild a complete shore excursion portfolio once cruising resumes. Be careful putting a lot of faith into a previous excursion catalog. -
If it wasn't for the CSO we might never realize the extent to which the CDC is just making it up as they go along.

As a first time cruiser on Royal this is a great place to start: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/getting-started

Welcome to the message boards. All purchases in the cruise planner have to be paid in full when you purchase any item.

Why was the horse so happy? Because he lived in a stable environment.

I really don't think there is a good or bad time or day of the cruise. Consider the port schedule and when you might be coming back from a day off the ship. If it's a special night and you want to be dressed up give yourself more time to get ready.

Your new TA has some skin in the game since they are earning a commission on cruise 4. If nothing else you've learned something about that TA. Might be time to consider another TA for the next time.

I almost booked Iceland then the sale was announced. Glad to see the points will still accumulate, or so it seems. -
Using Loyalty benefits on Celebrity cruises

The relationship between Azamara amd RCG remains closer than expected. It's almost like the new owners outsourced certain functions to RCG. RCG was recently advertising Azamara jobs on it's HR website. Azamara remains in the RCG reservation system and apparently they are still in the loyalty program bound with X. I'm left with the impression since the new owners have no experience in the industry part of the deal included an operational involvement from RCG.
