Welcome to the boards! If your reservations are linked, you can use the app to check in just to grab boarding times for everyone. Then you can go back and do the document portion of the checkin at your leisure. You can link your reservations on the website or app by picking the “don’t see your cruise?” link and putting the other reservation number, guest name and birthdate Hope that helps! ChessE4 1 Quote

To check in for your cruise at the same time as your family in a different cabin, you can use online or mobile check-in and link multiple bookings. If you prefer in-person check-in, arrive early and have all necessary documents ready. Quote

We can check in together by choosing the same time and using the same booking code! Quote
Courtneyg Posted December 18, 2024 Report Posted December 18, 2024 If you link your reservation with another cabin does that mean you have to do all of the check for everyone in that cabin after you grab the arrival time? Quote

No, you could go grab the arrival time for everyone, then each individual could fill out the rest of the info later. Courtneyg and ImOnlyHereForTheInk 1 1 Quote

We use a TA so that is our first step. We have also called Crown and Anchor customer service on some matters instead of Royal Call Center. Quote
twangster Posted April 25 Report Posted April 25 Technically speaking, during the check in process there are legal terms that are agreed to. If you are checking in other people understand what that means from a legal perspective. Quote

Contact crown and anchor loyalty department 1 (800) 526-9723 when you get the morning aI assistant just keep saying loyalty. If you do anything else you’ll keep going through promos that “they can’t understand” or “ your birthday doesn’t match-let’s try again”…. Don’t fall for it “loyalty”, “loyalty”, “loyalty”! If you spell out your problem here maybe someone can address it here. Quote
