Suite concierge, when will we get an email?

We have a suite on Harmony and sail in 11 days. I thought that the suite concierge sends an email introduction by now? Does the suite concierge still do this?

They will be able to make your dinner reservations for you. Not sure about the shows I I don’t see why they couldn’t. 

You can also book shows in the cruise planner.

Concierge can make dining reservations for you.

I'd make your own show reservations via the Cruise Planner.

@Matt Hi, thanks, we did but the aqua and comedy are sold out. I'm hoping the concierge can book them for us. If not we'll show up and see if there's no shows.

That's what I'm hoping for. Been a while since we cruised.

Ours contacted us Wednesday for our Saturday sailing.  I asked that we get a Coastal Kitchen reservation every night at 7pm and got an email back that it was confirmed.
