Ampurp85
I believe there was a topic about this, but the search feature hasn't yielded the results. I recalled reading if you bring your own equipment, you can snorkel without paying the excursion fee at PDCC? Is this correct? It used to be $35, now its upwards of $50+ taxes, all you are paying for is to rent the equipment, right?

Is this correct? Absolutely. My wife used to snorkel first thing every time we got off there (with her own equipment for free). WAAAYTOOO
Yes. Dan snorkels almost every time we stop at PDCC. He has his own equipment. Never a charge Ampurp85, PPPJJ-GCVAB and OCSC Mike 2
ChessE4
I will add that a vest is helpful when current is strong. So take one with your gear.

I go to Chill Island, beyond the swimmers to the rocks, or along the rope and farther out. Watch the current beyond the rope.
