Neesa Posted January 6, 2024 Report Posted January 6, 2024 Christmas & Birthday combined sailing! Hubby & kiddo did this, they wanted to visit Bermuda! Yay, a surprise sailing. They booked an Owners Suite on this ship, we would just have sailed the Adventure in the Royal Suite in June 2024. This sailing it's all about the itinerary once again. To say I was surprised was an under statement. We had a busy Holiday Season so as soon as I realized (while super impressed) I think they booked it at a fair price I called @Sharla. I was still in the booking window to transfer to her...I feel much better now! Just the 3 of us with college starting 26 August 2024 it will truly be our last sailing for some time. We are getting some great news pertaining to merit based scholarships so I think that was a huge sway for Cabash/Vintage Magnet. Still stunned, feeling blessed. Anyone else on this one? It's Labadee, Haiti; Sea Day, Overnight (2 days Bermuda), Sea Day, Perfect Day/CocoCay-Return PC. SebagoSue, WAAAYTOOO and Sharla 3 Quote
Neesa Posted April 23, 2024 Author Report Posted April 23, 2024 Anyone on this sailing?? I'm bumping it as I received the itinerary change today. I love Labadee but so excited about Turks! Never visited there before. WAAAYTOOO 1 Quote
Neesa Posted July 2, 2024 Author Report Posted July 2, 2024 I just checked in for this sailing, we are in an owners suite this time. We were fortunate to book the OS on the starboard hump as the balcony will be quite a shock after the RS we just enjoyed. This is an itinerary we are looking forward to as we have never been to Grand Turk or Bermuda, our last day is Coco Cay. We booked easy RC excursions to tour the Islands to get a feel for them, with Bermuda being overnight we will also go out on our own. (Hamilton Boat Excursion & West End trolley ride in Bermuda, we rented electric "Hummers" in Grand Turk for a group tour follow the leader type of thing.) There are zero suites left to book and my RUB was one opportunity, for the RS. I can't imagine whomever booked this cabin would not show as it's a great sailing in that beautiful cabin. We have sailed the Adventure previously in the 2 bedroom aft suite & the RS so we are looking forward to the OS (I think) I'm looking at video's & it looks like I'm going to have more storage in this cabin for sure & there is a decent table for in room MDR dinner dining. I'm requesting a table for the 3 of us on deck 4 at the railing looking down onto deck 3 this time for a different MDR experience. Embarkation lunch will be at JR's as while Chop's was okay last time, it was just okay. I'm just not a fan of the venue & they sat every table on top of each other, it was weird and so not necessary. I mean we did meet some nice people but it was pretty cringe at first...excuse my butt while I try to squeeze into this chair on top of your table while you are enjoying your apps! I'll pop in here if there is anything to report but not live blogging this one. 45 days to go! WAAAYTOOO and Ampurp85 2 Quote

Neesa Posted July 9, 2024 Author Report Posted July 9, 2024 Will do! We are bringing her Cheetos as well! I sent a nice email to Mr. Bayley about her warmth and skills. I hope they recognize her, they responded and said they would. I actually told her how her welcome email came across and she was so receptive, she said she was changing the red font to purple!
